Welcome to 6 Modoc Lane—a great Sunriver retreat for you and your family! This beautifully updated 5-bedroom home is full of wood and stone accents, cozy gathering spaces, and plenty of room for the whole family.

The inviting living room features a gas fireplace, large TV, and comfy sectional—ideal for movie night. The well-stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, and the dining area seats 10, so everyone can gather together.

Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious King Ensuite with a TV and direct access to the back deck and hot tub, a guest half bath, and a laundry room. Upstairs is the loft stocked with games and four more bedrooms: a King Ensuite with private bath, two queen-over-queen bunk rooms, and another King Ensuite with a walk-in shower. There’s also a full guest bath upstairs with a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy ping pong in the garage, fire up the grill for al fresco dining on the large back deck, or hop on one of the 5 bikes to explore Sunriver’s 30+ miles of paved trails—there’s even direct access from the backyard path.

Adventure is at your doorstep: Fort Rock Park, award-winning golf courses, horseback riding, river floats, and Mt. Bachelor (just 20 miles away) make this home the perfect year-round basecamp.
