Located in the best historical quarter in Lisbon, near Saint Jorge Castle and the best and also most famous viewpoint in town just 100 meters away. You can walk to the main historical monuments as they are all within 1 km. You will love my space because of the relaxing environment and the location. Located in the Graça historical quarter (the most visited place in the city) it is also very close to other famous places like Alfama, Rossio, Chiado and Praça do Comércio. It has outdoor terrace with barbecue, for a great breakfast or a late afternoon drink enjoying the view.

A well-appointed and spotlessly clean apartment with a great host. .

Pedro sent clear instructions on check-in procedure and how to operate the appliances in the apartment well ahead. He was quick to respond to questions and also provided a comprehensive guide on getting around Lisbon. Location though quite a bit of a climb was ideal as it affords nice views and is close to amenities.

Nice apartment in a great area

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in November. It is well equipped with everything you need including coffee, laundry soup and dishwasher pods. This apartment is on the second floor from street level, and you may notice a moldy/sewer smell going up the stairwell to the apartment, but we DID Not notice a "mold smell" inside the apartment as other reviews stated. It was very rainy while we were there, and some of the bedrooms could feel damp. They have space heaters for every room, and I am sure if you ran the heaters it would dissipate the dampness. Great restaurants in the area within walking distance. Great views close to the apartment. We did not drive during our stay and chose to take the metro or walk everywhere. The apartment sits on one of the highest points in Lisbon, and it is a hike to get up there, so if you are not able to get around well, it may not be the place for you. The restaurant under the apartment is great for breakfast and there is a grocery store within walking distance. This was our first trip to Portugal and I cannot recommend it enough, the food and wine are inexpensive and amazing, a full dinner for 2 including 2 drinks each averages $40.00. The people are friendly, the cities are clean and safe and they have a great transit system. I recommend this apartment is you're going to be in the Lisbon area.

Horrible mold

This was such a beautiful property and We were excited to stay there. Unfortunately the smell of mold was overwhelming and we left about an hour after arrival. We let the host know, and contacted VRBO, sending many pictures of the mold in almost every room. The host would not refund our money, and VRBO would not honor their guarantee. Apparently their guarantee broadly states that mold must be on large portions of the walls, and it is not defined how large those portions must be. It was a very disappointing experience.

Great apartment in an excellent location

The apartment was roomy and well furnished with comfortable seating and beds. The kitchen was well equipped, and supplied with cleaning materials even including tablets for the dishwasher. It was close to shops, restaurants, bars, with a very nice cafe directly underneath on the ground floor. The metro was about 300 metres away, and the famous tram number 28 even closer. Two of the best miradouros in Lisbon are a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again.
