Cozy apartment on the first floor of a new chalet, in the quiet area of the Woods, at the foot of the Drus. apartment of 70 m2 consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds with possibility of an extra bed for a child. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with Italian shower. Independent toilet. Spacious dining room with TV and wood burning stove. South facing. Balcony with view of the Mont Blanc range. Garden. Car park. A 5-minute walk from the forest, hiking trails and mountain bike (and cross-country skiing in winter), and 10 minutes walk from the ski lift "La Flégere". A 5 minute walk from public transport and 5 minutes drive from the center of Chamonix.
