Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with Italian shower. Independent toilet. Spacious dining room with TV and wood burning stove. South facing. Balcony with view of the Mont Blanc range. Garden. Car park. A 5-minute walk from the forest, hiking trails and mountain bike (and cross-country skiing in winter), and 10 minutes walk from the ski lift "La Flégere". A 5 minute walk from public transport and 5 minutes drive from the center of Chamonix.
