The room was ok, the kitchen area was too small, and the bathroom was cleaned. There was a smell when we enter the room that was not nice. In general it was a very comfortable room that comply with our needs.

Elevators sucked, parking situation was even worse. The unit itself needs a complete refresh but the sleeping arrangements were clean and comfortable, the view was great, pool was nice, acces to the beach was easy. We stayed 1 night before getting on a cruise and it served its purpose!

Long Weekend Getaway

Unit was clean and had a beautiful view. Plenty of kitchen supplies to prepare a meal. I would rent again if it was strictly for a vacation as cell phone calls were interrupted a lot which would be a problem if while handling business.

Overall the location is good. The hotel is very outdated and needs remodeling. Room was clean and on a great floor. View was very nice. Communication was good with owner. During my reservation, I was not informed of pool closed due to pending permit. I only found out was I was booked. I was ok with it because of beach, but disappointing. First time traveling with dog, Overall we enjoyred our stay.

This place is a dump, first we rented a room with ocean view, and like 2 hrs before check in, it was changed “due to Maintanance issues” however we were never asked if it was ok to get a street view room, did not know about this until we arrived, you check in with the security gard desk, once I was able to reach out to someone they gave me a room with ocean view however A/C was not working and room was at 94 degrees, our room that we were given A/C was not working as well, when talking to the people thru text and call I asked them to find us another hotel it took them 2 days to give me another room, that room had ocean view had A/C however next morning there was no water and had roaches all over the kitchen and bathroom. And I forgot to mention that when we book the room it shown a beautiful pool and jacuzzi however when we arrived the pool and jacuzzi were not working, when you talked to employees they all are afraid to say anything bad about the place

Great location/view

Beautiful ocean view. Restaurant on property was good but expensive for what you get. The check in process was fairly simple but the security staff at check in desk was not the friendliest. The outside bar food was good. Wish the hours were later. It was nice to have convenience stores on site. The place itself was comfortable. We enjoyed our time.

More like a motel room than a condo suite

Very poor attention to cleaning and maintenance. We have stayed in other units in this building, so we're familiar with the property and realize it's an older place. But, this unit needs help! Horrible build up of dust and dirt in the air vents, filthy/old coffee pot, dust on the baseboards, peeling paint, water damage spots, mold/mildew in several places in the bathroom, tub doesn't drain during shower, etc. I emailed the rental company and provided pictures, but didn't receive a reply. Really put a damper on our annual mom/daughter trip to Miami. My girls are really disappointed. We left early and didn't return.

Simply amazing

I honestly dont have words to describe how beautiful and amazing this place was. Really clean but above all the view was breathtaking 😍. Right in front of the beach, waking up right to the view of the ocean is like nothing else The place was fabioulos, they had everything from a store, bar, hookah lounge, and even a spa! For everyone reading this please do yourself a favor a book it! You wont regret it

Do not....What a nightmare!!!

The property was nothing like the description or photos. There were holes in the walls, cigarette burns in the furniture, uncleaned linen, water damage and mold!....The entire unit was awful! I called the management company 7 times to be move to another unit and property. In return, I received a text message stating to me that I cannot be moved or refunded. I left the property shortly after checking in.

Overall the stay was fine, very busy place, with valet. The place does not look as sharp and clean as the photos show. There were also ants by the sink and in the bathroom. Umbrellas were broken, but overall it was okay.

The view and the location were awesome. It was the perfect little getaway for my family with everything we'd need in the room cute decor. However, the check-in process was quite time consuming as it seemed they weren't ready for that influx of people all at once.

Weekend getaway

Great view of the beach from the room, the AC blows nice and cold, and the water gets nice and hot. The beach is steps away from the pool, and not as crowded as it gets at South Beach. Parking was super simple. Staff and residents all wore masks, except around the pool. Would definitely visit again.
