Located 10 minutes from the city center, it is at the end of a dead end without neighbors, it is close to beaches (5 minutes by car) and Spain (20 minutes from the border), convenient to fully enjoy of the Basque Country and all its advantages.
The villa has all the facilities to ensure you a good holiday, it is welcoming, comfortable, bright and easy going.
It consists of three levels:
 In the basement is a garage for one car, places are available in front of the fenced and closed villa.
On the ground floor, the day area includes an entrance, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms including a master suite with shower room, a bathroom 2 people, toilet, a TV lounge and a desk with a printer with paper available.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with sea and mountain views, a bathroom 2 people and toilet.
It has a garden, two terraces, one of which can accommodate 14 people at the table.
Close to all shops and all leisure facilities (quad, trampoline park, skate park Quicksilver ...), bus stops (2 minutes), the entrance to the highway St Jean de Luz Nord (3 minutes), beaches (5 minutes) and downtown (10 minutes).
