We needed a place to stay somewhat last minute and Marty accommodated our request and communicated with us in a timely manner! It is an easy walk to the beach, close to a variety of restaurants and in a cute neighborhood! The house was clean and is a great set up. We really enjoyed our stay!

For 1 or 2 people this was a perfect and cozy house and perfect for a pet owner, with the fenced in back yard. The location was very convenient...took just a few minutes to walk to the beach which was also clean and peaceful. Even though people drive their cars out on the beach, it was quiet and family friendly. I would definitely stay again!

Super location, less than 2 blocks from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants, with a great Mexican restaurant right across the street. Clean and stocked with necessary vacay items. Great for our pups with fenced in yard. Only suggestion is to cut the grass in backyard. Would definitely stay again.

Adorable beach home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in this well-maintained, adorable beach home in a fabulous location in St. Augustine Beach. The home was very neat with a cute beach decor and well-stocked kitchen. The beach access was an easy one block walk to a beautiful wide beach. Wonderful restaurants were in walking distance of the home as well as a mini-golf course. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Completely enjoyed our rental! Extremely clean, great location and easy to work with the property management team. They were even to accommodate a last minute request for an extra night stay. This was a super cute house! Location was primo! We love the neighborhood. It wasn’t super clean but acceptable. Also not well stocked; no extra towels, couldn’t find sheets for the sleeper couch and no games for rainy days. Would however stay there again for sure!!!

This home was as advertised and more. Loved the little amenities like dish soap, hand soap, beach chairs, puzzles and books. The beds were very comfortable. My whole family was amazed at how nice the bedding, towels and even dish towels were. My favorite was the short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Everything was first class. We are already planning on our return trip.

cute home in good location close to beach and eateries. Needs a little tlc. Had some housekeeping issues but mgmt company very responsive. There is a dog behind but mostly controlled. Kitchen needs update. But overall good for a quick beach vacation.
