Tourist tax to be paid on arrival € 1 per day per person.
Security deposit to be paid on arrival 2000 € (by check not cashed, transfer or cash) which will be returned to you on your departure.

Additional cleaning costs to be paid on arrival € 200 by check or cash which will be returned to you if the accommodation is returned in a correct state of cleanliness.

Concierge service on site for any service request: cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, baby-sitting, etc.

Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on the availability of the accommodation. All arrivals and departures between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. will be charged to the tenant for 50 euros.

Before departure, the bins must be discarded and the dishes stored.
