This beautiful 3 rooms of 80m ² awaits you for holidays close to the sandy beach at Agay. In a recent residence and very good quality, with a fantastic pool, you will enjoy the huge terrace of 90m² overlooking the green park. It consists of a living room with sofa bed for two people (160x200), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed 160x200, the other with two single beds. A bathroom with two basins and bath, separate toilet. On the large terrace facing south west you will enjoy a relaxation area, a shaded dining area with barbecue and the sunset over the hills. The center of Saint Raphael is accessible by car or by bus in 10-15 minutes.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Schöne grosse Wohnung (mit Klimaanlage) mit super grosser Terrasse und Gasgrill. Der Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind nur ca 5 min in Laufweite. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist nett eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Man merk allerdings die intensive Nutzung, einige Kochutensilien müssten allerdings mal erneuert werden, da recht abgenutzt. Ansonsten alles da.

Die Übergabe der Wohnung fand durch einen Hausmeister statt. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt und nur 2 Gehminuten zum Meer. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder.

Super tolle Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke genau richtig. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön gestaltet und die Schlafzimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Und absolutes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse gewesen, auf der wir es uns jeden Abend gemütlich gemacht haben. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen

Wir verbrachten zwei schöne, erholsame Wochen in der geräumigen Wohnung. Die riesige Terrasse war ideal für die Kinder. Die Küche und deren Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Magali und Arjan, der ein perfektes Deutsch spricht, waren sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Eine defekte Küchenarmatur wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Das WLAN funktioniert schnell, störungsfrei und stabil. Der von einem sehr gepflegten Seerosenteich umgebene Pool war grandios.Check-In und Check-Out verliefen zügig und unproblematisch. Bei irgendwelchen Fragen waren Magali und Arjan immer erreichbar. Kritik: Im Bereich der Liegefläche des wunderschönen Pools ist man der vollen Sonne ausgesetzt. Es gab keinerlei Schattenblenden und zu unserem Unverständnis waren selbst Sonnenschirme nicht erlaubt! Das WC würde sich über eine Halterung für das Toilettenpapier freuen und auch der Toilettensitz müsste befestigt oder besser ausgetauscht werden.Aber dies sind Geringfügigkeiten, die unsere Urlaubsfreuden in keiner Weise beeinträchtigten. Gesamturteilt: Sehr zu empfehlen- bei Magali und Arjan ist man in guten Händen.

Communication issues

The host does not answer when needed. Exoected to have access to the pool, and then during the whole week, there pool were empty of watter. Problem with the wifi, the code does not work, the whole week we were using my phone data.

gérance peu professionnelle

La propriété est située dans une résidence calme et proche des commodités et de la plage. La literie n'est pas confortable avec matelas très fin en mousse dont on sent le sommier et les oreillers qui ne sont que des boules de mousse dans une housse. Gros problème de communication avec la gérance " les vacances de Magali" qui ne répond pas aux mails à temps , ce qui nous a couter à payer le linge de maison pour 6 personnes . De plus, la gérante nous envoie le contrat de bail la veille de notre séjour. A notre arrivé, nous sommes reçus par une employée très stressé et antipathique et nous apprenons que la caution doit être versée par espèce ou chèque ( ce qui est compliqué quand vous êtes étranger car nous possédons pas de chéquier) car la gérante n'avait toujours pas répondu à mon mail à ce sujet. Les clés fournies ne sont pas toutes équipées du bip qui permet d'entrer dans la résidence ou accéder à la piscine ce qui peut poser problème forcément. En outre, pour finir nous avions payé le ménage incluant dans le prix de location. Mais à notre départ, l'employée toujours aussi antipathique ne nous rend pas toute la caution car l'appartement est sale au sol ( le ménage ? )et un plat avait été oublié dans l'évier à rincer. C'est à ce moment que la gérance d'une mauvaise foi m'accuse de ne pas avoir eu le contrat à temps alors que toutes les indications ont été envoyé un mois et demi avant notre départ et qu'elle prélèverait de ma caution pour payer le ménage sachant qu'il avait déjà préalablement été payé . J'ai de la peine avec les gens malhonnêtes et qui ne se remettent pas en question quand ils font une erreur et qui ne sont pas à l'écoute de leurs clients. C'est un manque de professionnalisme.
