The two-story unit reflects relaxation the moment you arrive. The neutral exterior tones of the building highlight the darker trim tones such as those on the second-floor balcony. The expansive balcony features simple outdoor furnishings for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and sunsets and can be accessed from all of the bedrooms by its own door. Step out onto the covered first floor patio and sit in one of the chairs or just enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

Interior Amenities
Make yourself at home in the spacious living area adjoining the kitchen. The living area features wood floors, comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, and flat screen TV. And accompanying DVDs, games, and stereo system. Relax on the couch or one of the chairs and read or spend time together. The dining area includes a wood dining table with seating for six. When you're hungry, make a delightful and delicious home-cooked meal in the kitchen, which features all stainless steel Viking appliances and everything you need for any meal. There are plenty of granite counter tops, including a raised bar with seating for four friends while the cook works their magic. Enjoy morning coffee, or a quick breakfast of a bagel or toast prepared in the provided toaster. Head upstairs to any of the three bedrooms for a nap or restful night's sleep. The master features a king bed, wood floors, and full bathroom with a deep tub, shower, and vanity. The second bedroom holds a king bed, a flat screen TV, and plenty of storage for your things. The en suite bath features an oversize shower and beautiful vanity. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids in the group, with wood floors, two sets of twin bunk beds, a TV with DVD player, and a nearby ¾ bath with shower.
