Three newly renovated bathrooms, fresh living room furnishings, two bedrooms on each level, and multiple gathering spaces provide plenty of room for everyone, while the private saltwater pool and covered back porch make it just as enjoyable to spend the day at home.

THE SETTING: 45 Deer Run Lane places you within an easy walk of the beach while keeping the rest of Sea Pines close at hand. Start the morning with a walk to the sand, explore the neighborhood and surrounding bike paths in the afternoon, and return home for a swim before dinner. The covered back porch provides a comfortable place to relax outdoors, while the private saltwater pool creates a favorite gathering spot for both quiet afternoons and family fun.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, multi-generational groups, couples traveling together, and friends looking for spacious accommodations close to the beach. The adjacent covered porch is gated, adding a useful layer of separation for families traveling with children or approved dogs. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the pool. Electric pool heat is available during select cooler months.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 10 comfortably. 2 King beds // 2 Queen beds // 2 Twin beds. Four bedrooms are divided between two levels, with two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs, providing excellent separation for families and groups traveling together. PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Dogs are also not permitted in the pool. Traveling without a pet? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this Nest.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a five-minute walk or three-minute bike ride. During peak season, complimentary Sea Pines Beach Trolleys also transport guests from designated parking areas to the Sea Pines Beach Club. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

POOL HEAT: The private saltwater pool may be heated electrically for an additional fee of $150 for the first day and $50 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Electric pool heat is economical but may be less effective during the coldest months of the year. Pool heat fees are non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
