In the heart of the hotel zone in km 6.5. The property is located on the lagoon side, with sunsets you won’t believe. It will take you 2 minutes walking distance to cross the street and arrive in the beach known as Playa Tortugas where the Ferry station is also located to go to "Isla Mujeres". Public Transportation is available just at your doorstep, very easy to use and move around the whole hotel zone for 12 pesos the ride (50 cents USD). Big supermarket 10 minutes away and close to the best restaurants in Cancun.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel

This is a quite, traditionally architected property that is excellently managed, well maintained and very clean. Access to public beaches, ferries, restaurants and Cancun proper are easily accessible via bus, taxis or walking. If your tired of large hotels but still want something in the hotel area of Cancun, this is and excellent option.

It was located on a side street, but once found and got inside was able to see the beautiful place that it is. The interior is spotless! The rooms are gorgeous! The grounds are well kept and the pool delightful. The rooftop terrace was gorgeous snd the drinks made by the bartender were superior. There were restaurants next within walking distance and attractions close by! The rental was a gem and the owners fastidious in its upkeep. I would highly recommend this place w five stars!

Lovely property with amazing view on the lagoon!

I truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view on the lagoon. The limited number of rooms made the place feel really cozy, serene and relaxing. I also recommend spending some time on the roof top!

Beautiful place just off the main road

Mediterranean architecture, medium-large building with basically private suites. Very friendly and helpful staff. We only stayed for one night but I would've been happy there for a week or longer.

Perfect gateway

My husband and I booked this place for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary and we had the best time. The place looks just like the photos and the views are stunning. It was so private and quiet, just what we were looking for. The place is family owned and they made you feel like family as well. The owner went above and beyond to assist us when we had trouble finding a Covid testing centre and thanks to her we were able to get a test on time. The trip was beyond our expectations and we will definitely be back

Gorgeous space! Safe neighborhood with 24 hour security. Free parking right in front of the hotel. Hotel itself was clean, with a beautiful pool overlooking the lagoon! Approx 10-15 minutes from Cancun party area (MM9). Room was well equipped with an actual kitchen. Great location!

Went for a quick 4 day/3night getaway and needed to find someone asap. Once I found this property, I knew it would be perfect. Especially with the whole Covid19 going on, I wanted something a little more secluded from the other hotels that are huge and have a lot of people. This place was even better than expected in my eyes. With the place just 5 minutes via bus to all the other beaches, infinity pool overlooking the lagoon, less noise/people in the area (more private), and a kitchen provided in the room....this is a no-brainer that this was one of the best places to stay in Cancun (not to mention that this was my first time here). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will for sure be coming back!
