Unit 1131: Beautiful one bedroom, one and a half bath condo, sleeps 4 with a king bed and has a sofa sleeper in the living room. You can't get any closer to the beach at Sandpiper Cove. Gorgeous views!!! Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole..par 3 golf course, 4 tennis courts, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat dock, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convienience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

Place needs updating, ice machine not working ( owner made aware of it in April). View and Location were good. I would not return or recommend this unit.

We have no record of being notified in April, or prior to your stay, that the ice maker was not working. Unfortunately, we were also not made aware of the issue during your stay and only learned of your dissatisfaction through this review. Had you contacted us, we would have gladly addressed the problem and done everything possible to make your stay more enjoyable. We certainly respect every guest’s right to share their experience, but it is disappointing to receive such a negative review without first being given an opportunity to correct the concerns. We take guest satisfaction seriously and always encourage our guests to contact us during their stay if something is not right so that we have the opportunity to make it right.

We have stayed at Sandpiper several times. I love all the condos but this one was awesome. You can get no closer to the beach. Will stay here again.

Perfectly positioned beachside! Really enjoyed that it was not right in the middle of all the crowded areas, but still very convenient to amenities and restaurants. We liked the fact that it was a smaller complex, meaning only two stories as compared to some of the monsters that are in the area. Did not realize that the complex had both beach side and across the road locations, which made checking in at the guard station a little confusing. Our mistake, but easily rectified. Enjoyed the fact that the Sand Flea eatery on the beach was private to the complex. Nice to have so close to the condo. Very nice! Would definitely stay here again.

We had the most relaxing vacation ever...the views from the patio are absolutely breathtaking. Talk about being directly on the beach....that we were without leaving the deck! Great communication with the condo owner...didn't have any needs while we were here...but they were very responsive upon booking and checkout. Will definitely be back.

We stayed 6 nights. As permanent guests on property, this was our first time staying on the beach side. The view and deck were amazing! Pet friendly was a must, we travel with our 10lb dog. Having the deck was so nice for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Comfortable beds, functional kitchen and TWO bathrooms made it so much more family friendly as well. We will definitely stay many more times! Our new favorite condo! 10/10

The view was very nice. The room was not clean and the kitchen cabinets were in disarray. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people. My biggest concern was the cleanliness and lack of cleaning supplies so that I could clean. Vacuum was very old and brushes did not work. A little updating and the place would be great

We had an excellent time. The balcony veiw was just amazing and picture perfect. The ocean view from the balcony and the bed room is absolutely stunning. Kitchen was well equipped with all the needed essentials. We did not have any problem in checkin. Excellent pet friendly place. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back next time.

Amazing location!

It was heavenly to be able to hear the sounds of the ocean from bedroom and living room. We loved sitting on the balcony with morning coffee. The location was perfect.
