Appartement proche de toute commodité

Cet appartement est très bien équipé , il dispose de la Clim , ce qui est un véritable atout. Les accès vers le tram sont proches et il se situe à deux pas de la promenade des Anglais

Im März ein absolutes NoGo

Arschkalt. Es waren 14 grad in der Wohnung. Nur im Badezimmer gab es eine Heizung, welche etwas wäre abgab. Wir konnten uns Mitte März nicht darin aufhalten. Wir sind mit Winterjacke und Mütze schlafen gegangen. Es war nicht auszuhalten. Sind nach einer Übernachtung ins Hotel gewechselt. Wohnung nicht sauber. Eines von vielen ekeligen Beispielen: die Kaffeemaschine war verschimmelt.

Anbindung gut, Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums

Anreise vom Airport zur Wohnung ohne Probleme mit Bahn und Bus. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man brauchte -Alltagsutensilien kauft man dann sowieso. Supermarkt und Bäcker im Radius von 150m. An sich ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, drei Schlafzimmer mit Fenster und Rollos. Eins ohne. Für uns war es aureichend, wir waren zu 7, mehr wird dann schon eng.

Séjour excellent

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce superbe appartement. La propriétaire des lieux a été chaleureuse et aux petits soins du début à la fin. Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement sur Nice.
