Great location. Clean, quiet, great host who really appeared to care about the comfort of their guest. Home away from home. It is really scary booking things in a country one is not familiar with. This one lived up to expectations. Thank you Teresa for your wonderful flat.

Best location

We have been to Lisbon several times, but this is the first time we had the host greet us, help us bring our bags in, make sure we went over everything so that we were comfortable. The location was perfect for us, close to everything we wanted. The building had security 24 hours a day which is wonderful. The place was decorated beautifully and everything was so clean and tidy. For our family of three staying only for a 4 days it meet our needs.

Location location location!

Perfect cozy and clean place to stay for a few days in Lisbon. Close to everything. Teresa is amazing, Available to answer all questions. The place was clean and ready for my daughter and me. The only reason I don’t give a 5 stars to this place is bc the shower was not easy. Regulating the temperature of the water was very difficult and the hot water lasts for very little time. When you have long and thick hair you need more time to wash it. The doorman tried to help us and couldn’t. I would make sure you ask Teresa to show you how to operate the shower system when you meet her. Over all we were very happy and totally recommend.

Très joli appartement et hôte très agréable.

L’appartement est très bien situé , central pour les visites et face à la ligne 28 . Très bel immeuble avec gardien et la propriétaire est une adorable personne. On le conseille et on y reviendra sûrement si nous retournons à Lisbonne

Le grand studio de Teresa est très bien situé dans Lisbonne à 10 minutes à pieds du centre et de ses animations. A quelques pas un arrêt du typique tram 28. Pas un bruit la nuit. Ce studio a tout pour plaire! Merci et bravo Teresa!

Excellent séjour à Lisbonne centre

Accueil par Teresa très sympathique en français ce qui est facilitant quand on ne maitrise pas le portugais (une bouteille de vin et d’eau nous ont été offerts par Teresa, gentille attention. A l’arrivée, elle nous a accompagné au parking souterrain de l’immeuble, où la voiture est restée les 3 jours. Le logement est très propre, calme, et magnifiquement bien situé en plein centre de Lisbonne. Le tram typique 28 passe au pied de l’immeuble. Nous étions 3 adultes dont notre fille de 17 ans et nous dormions tous dans la même pièce sans problème. Très bonne adresse.

Perfect studio with charming hostess

Teresa is very focused on making the stay at her place a wonderful memory. I need some extra support for my back, Portuguese mattresses tend to be very hard. She promptly supplied the apartment with some good thick comforters which helped me wake up with virtually no back pain. I will stay again in the apartment. Great location, good shopping near by, and very quiet!!!! Cece from Scottsdale, AZ.

A great apartment, well outfitted in a nice building with security, central to downtown Lisbon

Teresa was a wonderful host - easy to reach and most accomodating - meeting us promptly at the property to let us in and show us the features. Teresa was quick to help us with a minor issue and dropped by to make sure everything was going well. Her tips on visiting Lisbon were great and she even provided a bottle of wine ... l'appartamento era senza riscaldamento e con un piccolo ventilatore rotto e non funzionante, solo dopo le nostre rimostranze nella stessa serata è stata portata una stufa elettrica a radiatore e un ventilatore per il bagno, che hanno risolto il problema.

Quando è arrivato Fulvio, è stato rilevato un malfunzionamento nel termoventilatore. Ne ho messo subito uno nuovo e anche un riscaldamento elettrico. Non riesco a capire questo commento perché il problema rilevato è stato risolto immediatamente! la gentilezza genera gentilezza

El estudio está muy bien, relativamente nuevo; bien ubicado, tranquilo y con parking, lo cual es un lujo en esta zona. Teresa is an amazing host. She was there to meet us, so getting in and organized was a snap. In the apartment she has great info in Lisboa including restaurants, sights. Apartamento limpo e agradable. Recoméndoo sen dúbida ningunha para visitar Lisboa. Ten praza de garaxe, está preto de estacións de metro e ademáis é posible ir a pé a zonas moi interesantes na cidade. Unha experiencia totalmente positiva.

Séjour du 31 Mai au 7 Juin 2017 Nous avons très fortement apprécié notre séjour à Lisbonne (offert par Christophe et Céline que nous remerçions infiniment) dans votre appartement très lumineux, fonctionnel, tout confort avec une jolie SDB et surtout le parking. Cet appartement très calme et propre est très bien situé proche du centre ville , des magasins, des restaurants, des sites à visiter. L'arrêt du mythique tramway 28 se trouve en face de l'appartement. Térésa est une hotesse très accueillante, charmante, sympathique et serviable. Un très grand merci pour tout.
