Mt Rushmore is 20 minutes away, a short 30 minute drive you can be downtown Sturgis to take in the sites and festivities, or you can be gambling in Deadwood in 45 minutes. No matter where you are going this house is centrally located for a scenic drive.
After visiting the local sites you will be happy to come home to enjoy the spacious accommodations. The house has been designed with comfort in mind. Here you will find 4 separate bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Along with a fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan to enjoy lounging in the living room while conversing with those in the kitchen and dining room. The basement gives way to a spacious family room complete with comfy couches, large tv, and full refrigerator. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are located in the walkout basement. Each with 1 queen bed and 1 full bathroom. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the main level... to include the master suite with king bed and attached bathroom. Second bedroom upstairs has a full size bed with full bathroom. Walkout basement opens up to a sprawling patio with dining table, fire pit and fully fenced backyard for privacy! Upstairs has a beautiful deck with sectional couch and a Weber grill for all your summer cooking needs.
