Beautiful villa located between the beaches and the golf of Trousse Chemise

Enjoying an exceptional location between the most beautiful beaches of the island (200m) and the golf of Trousse Chemise (300m), this new house (summer 2019) offers a haven of peace out of sight. Facing south, it is sunny all day.

It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all overlooking the terrace and the heated pool (10x4m). Each room is individually decorated with high quality materials.

The main building hosts a large living / dining room very bright opening onto a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms.
The annex building is composed of 3 other rooms (all with bathroom and WC).
The yard has a summer kitchen (plancha, fridge, sink and dishwasher) open on the terrace and pool. Heating lamps allow to dine there all the year.

The landscaped garden opens onto a particularly peaceful green environment.
