Welcome to Villa Passé Simple. Located in the heart of the Île de Ré, just a stone's throw from the port of Saint Martin, it is a true haven of peace for those seeking a charming rental. This stone residence, bathed in light thanks to its numerous windows overlooking the courtyard and the heated swimming pool/spa, combines modern comfort and authenticity. From your arrival, you will be charmed by the vast living space on the ground floor, which includes a lounge and dining room with terracotta tiling opening onto the outside and the spa. The villa can easily accommodate up to 12 people, with its 4 bedrooms located on the first floor. Each has its own bathroom, with the exception of a shared shower room.



The top floor is entirely dedicated to the master suite, offering unparalleled intimacy and comfort. Outside, a magnificent wooden terrace awaits you, with a relaxation area and a dining area, perfect for summer evenings.



The proximity of the villa to the port of Saint Martin is a major asset. You will be able to enjoy the lively quays, their restaurants and the famous ice cream parlour for pleasant moments with friends or family.

Une maison remplie d'âme

la qualité de la literie, les vélos à disposition, les produits de commodités laissés à disposition, ainsi que la base de l'épicerie température jaccuzi à pouvoir augmenter même ponctuellement pour les jours de fraîcheur... Un repoussoir pour les goélands qui nichent au dessus de la piscine, on a dû nettoyer les excréments plusieurs fois dans la semaine Aussi des grandes assiettes dont la taille est gérable par le lave vaisselle, et un bol pour la grande cafetière et des petites cuillères dans le service hors argenterie. Enfin, un grand barbecue serait à la hauteur du standing de la maison....

Le logement est très bien.

L’emplacement est vraiment bien compte tenu de sa proximité avec le port. La maison est confortable. La piscine/jacuzzy est agréable. Nous avons apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue et l’accueil de Patricia. Les seules remarques que je me permettrais sont que : les clés de la porte d’entrée ne fonctionnent pas très bien, le code wifi n’était pas celui indiqué sur la plaquette d’information, le wifi n’est pas assez puissant pour une connexion partout dans la maison notamment dans la suite du haut, d’autant plus que nous ne captions pas non plus le réseau de téléphonie dans la maison, un rideau opaque ou des volets intérieurs seraient nécessaires pour la porte vitrée qui donne sur la rue, les escaliers sont assez glissants des bandes antidérapantes seraient utiles, les nombreuses lumières dans le salon/salle à manger créent une ambiance agréable mais il serait pratique d’avoir des interrupteurs centralisés, il manque le nécessaire pour nettoyer le barbecue, il serait utile de mettre dans le placard à poubelle une information sur les jours de ramassage des ordures et du recyclage, les housses des coussins et matelas D’exterieurs mériteraient d’être nettoyés entre chaque locataire, il n’y avait pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain de la suite du haut, ni savon, l’affiche dans la douche de la suite du haut est erronée (position des Boutons souchette/pluie), la vaisselle (notamment les assiettes et les verres à vin) n’était pas suffisante, nous n’avons trouvé qu’une poêle et une marmite qui fonctionnaient avec les plaques à induction, un porte serviette serait utile dans les wc du rdc, nous avons trouvé des moutons de poussière sous les lits.
