Charming house of 100 m2 on the ground floor with a large garden of 600 m2 in pine forest. Village center and swimming pool 5 min walk in summer. Three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, a bathroom with tub. Play areas for babies outside and inside. Equipped to receive children, babies and their parents.
Parking spaces in the grounds. Cool house in summer well heated in winter. Comfortable bedding, beds made on arrival. 2 purring cats. Chickens to feed against good eggs.
As in the countryside but near the village center. Ideal house for rest and family tourism.
