On the first and last floor, on commerce, this recently renovated 130 m² apartment is located in the heart of the resort and 100 meters from the beach.
It has a beautiful living room, a dining room opening onto a 150 m² terrace, not overlooked, with a private above-ground swimming pool (4 m in diameter x 1.20 m high), outdoor lounge, barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate wc.
Quality services: air conditioning, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, bicycle or stroller room ...
Possibility to rent sheets and towels: € 12 per person to be paid on arrival.

Herrlich!

Genug Platz für alle. Wir waren zu fünft. Super Lage! Direkt über dem Spar oben auf dem Dach. Eine super große Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool! Alle haben es genossen. Es war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Kleiner Tip für die Kücheneinrichtung: Messer schleifen oder neu kaufen wäre angebracht. Kaffeetassen und eine Teekanne wäre ein großer Gewinn.ansonsten alle gut! Gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Sehr großzügige Wohnung mit viel Platz für uns und die Kinder. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Der große Kühlschrank und das Gefrierfach waren super. Die Schlafräume sind zwar etwas klein aber reichen aus. Die Jalousien an Fenster und Terrassentür ermöglichen das abdunkeln und halten die Raumtemperatur angenehm. Dazu helfen natürlich auch die Klimageräte. Das Badezimmer ist funktioniell und mit einem großen Doppelwaschbecken ausgestattet. Die Dusche ist sehr großzügig. Sehr angenehm war auch der eigene Raum mit Waschmaschine - Badesachen waren somit alle an einem Ort und nach dem Strandbesuch konnte alles an einen Platz gebracht werden. Highlight war unter anderem natürlich der Pool auf der großen Terrasse. Der Strand ist sehr groß und wirklich sauber (tägliche Reinigung), das Wasser war super. Das Wasser wird nur langsam tiefer => toll zum Spielen im Wasser. Die Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe sind großteils sehr gut. Der nahegelegene Rummelplatz war bei den Kids natürlich sehr begehrt Super war auch, dass täglich der Markt direkt vor der Haustüre war => frisches Obst und Gemüse, Käse, Wurst, Eier …. Und natürlich Kleider Taschen usw. Gleich neben der Wohnung ist eine kleine Bäckerei die super Brot in allen Varianten anbietet. Mit dem Fahrrad konnten wir auf den gut ausgebauten Fahrradwegen die umliegenden Dörfer erkunden und die tolle Landschaft genießen. Mit dem Auto haben wir die tollen Dörfer und Städte rum Umkreis von einer Fahrstunde erkundet: Narbonne, Béziers, Carcassonne, Cap d‘Agde und viele mehr Es war ein toller Urlaub den wir sehr genossen haben. Danke an Fabienne für die tolle Unterstützung vor Ort. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen
