Plenty of room

The home met all expectations, was very roomy. We ended up having to stay four extra nights and the property managers were so easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great VRBO

Everything was exactly as pictured. Everything was well though our with lots of little extras. Very pet friendly. Just can't say enough good things about the accomodations.

Black Bear Getaway

We escaped northern snows for Fruita. This home was perfect for our many toys: numbers of bikes, golf clubs, hiking equipment, etc. We loved indoor and outdoor fires, and spending time with friends in the sun. House was set up perfect for our stay. The management company was one of the best we’ve experienced; responsive and thorough.

Beautiful home

We had a great time staying here while on a family trip for biking in Fruita. The house is big, clean, comfortable and there was great communication from the hosts the whole time. Thank you for having us!

Everything was great! Yes, a little on the expensive side for the area, but to my husband and I, it was worth it! The property manager was responsive and the place was super clean. I love it and wish I can actually live there one day.

We fell in love with the Fruita area because of it's year round sunshine and abundance of outdoor activities. Moving to Fruita in 2002, we began restoring properties and enjoying every moment!
Our goal is to make every stay in our homes memorable.

Why they chose this property

We like the location because of the upscale, quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home.

This spacious home has an open floor plan to keep the conversations going, from the elegant kitchen to the cozy living room complete with fireplace. 2 Townie Bikes provided so you can take a short ride downtown and live like a local!
