Charming villa pool near sea to couple with stay in Italy

Between Rome and Naples, on the Ulysses Riviera, in the Regional Natural Park of the Aurunci Mountains (Parco Naturale Regionale dei Monti Aurunci), between the picturesque villages and seaside villages of Gaeta and Sperlonga, in the hills overlooking the sea, house of stone character with panoramic views, private 14 meters infinity pool, in an olive grove of 4 hectares, 9 kms from the sea by the cornice. Very quiet, ideal for resting and rejuvenating with family or friends. Close to daily departures for the Pontine Islands (Ventotene, Ponza). Possible day trips by train to Naples or Rome from Itri station (free parking). Ideal for discovering and experiencing southern Italy otherwise in a place apart off the beaten path and away from the influx of foreign tourists. Subject to availabiltiy a cook can be put at your disposal for your comfort and to taste the products of the soil and the local cuisine (not included in the price). Stays for 7 to 8 people maximum. Weekly cleaning obligatory not included of 90 euros. Sheets, bath towels and pool linen (not beach towels) included in the price. Accessible from Naples (80 kms) or Rome (140 kms) airports.

For your information, hereafter an unpublished appreciation in addition to the ones on VRBO : “We stayed in this beautiful, well planned house for a week in June 2022. We were 8 people in including 4 teenagers. We all loved it. Outdoor seating spaces including a pool and ping pong table made hanging out at the house fun. Kitchen is very modern, big and very well equipped. Perfect if you - like us- like cooking together. Living room and bedrooms are big. All rooms are not nicely and tastefully decorated. Linen, towels and house very clean. The house also has a laundry room which is good. Our host was nice and helpful before and during our stay. Gave us good recommendations on thing to see and do nearby including where to buy fresh meat and fish. The house is vey well located if you want to explore the coast line, Rome, Neaples, Pompeii etc. We give this house our warmest recommendations if you want to enjoy the Italian countryside and still be at short driving distance from beaches and other activities.” Maria L.
