Located peacefully in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Sainte Barbe in Plouharnel, this comfortable 220 m² house will be the ideal base for a discovery holiday in the region or for a family surf stay.



Here, everything is designed so that you spend unforgettable moments with your family. Bright and spacious, this house offers quality amenities. Summer or winter, it is comfortable, warm and welcoming.



On the ground floor, life is organised around the lounge and its large fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen where a large table can accommodate ten people.

A spacious bedroom (1 bed in 160 convertible into 2 single beds), a functional laundry room and separate toilets complete this level.



On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms:

- the first is equipped with a 160 bed that can be converted into 2 single beds,

- the second comprises 4 single beds (including 2 bunk beds),

- the third is a master suite with a 160 bed and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

On this floor there is also a bathroom (shower and bathtub), a separate toilet and a large dressing room.



Throughout the entire 2nd floor, the converted attic serves as a cosy room. Equipped with very thick carpet and two velux-balconies from which you can observe the surf spots. It is ideal for isolating yourself, resting, reading, relaxing...



For water sports enthusiasts, everything is planned to make the after-surf session easier: a rail for hanging wetsuits in the laundry room, a water point and storage outside for surfing equipment.



The house is surrounded by a private enclosed landscaped garden of 350m² which allows children to play in complete safety.



Good to know:

- Bed linen and household linen provided as standard. The provision includes disposable bed protections, sheets, 2 towels per person, bath mats and tea towels.

- Possibility to park in front of the property and on the beach road.

- Parties are strictly forbidden.

- House reserved for family use, groups should refrain.

- Smoking is prohibited indoors.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Electric vehicle charging is prohibited.



At your disposal: external water point, fireplace (wood not provided), garden furniture, Wifi, travel cot, high chair, changing mat.



The neighbourhood:

The hamlet of Sainte Barbe in Plouharnel is ideally situated at the entrance to the Quiberon peninsula, 15 minutes from Auray, and the beaches of Carnac and Erdeven.

The beaches of Saint Barbe (3 minutes by car) are a renowned surfing spot for the quality of its waves. It is the ideal place to learn to surf and progress quickly.

Located on the band of wild dunes (between Gâvres and Quiberon) classified as a Grand Site of France in 2018, Sainte Barbe constitutes a privileged base for discovering the region and enjoying its activities.

The ports of La Trinité, Quiberon, the megalithic sites of Carnac and Locmariaquer, the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan, the towns of Auray and Vannes; there is no shortage of destinations.



Activities:

Surfing, water sports, Erdeven and Carnac beaches, La Trinité-sur-Mer port, tennis court, sailing school, equestrian centre, possibility of hiking or cycling (marked trails). For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is a 20-minute drive away.
