Our newly renovated home, nestled in Historic Franklin, is just a short mile walk to Downtown Franklin, where guest can enjoy all the local coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Wanting to get in touch with some history? Visit the Battle of Franklin- Civil War Museum/Site- with only a 5-minute drive. Whether you are here to experience the historical sites, Main Street festivals, live music or antique shopping, our home will offer you the perfect retreat after a busy day on the town.

The Space:
Our quaint 2 bedroom (Cal-King Beds), 2 bathrooms and additional den with a full-size daybed, can fit up to 5 guests comfortably. From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted with a beautiful newly redone landscape, where you can sit on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee! The open floor plan kitchen is the perfect space for entertaining, gathering and socializing and comes fully equipped for your cooking plans!

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed this trip so much ! The property was precious with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is fully stocked, the furnishings are beautiful and the property owner was more than accommodating. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet getaway with a perfect location to town. Close to everything you might need or want to do. We plan to return !

Beautiful Home!

Spent a long weekend with a couple girlfriends and this house was absolutely wonderful! Extremely clean, comfortable beds and the kitchen had all the amenities! Georgia was a great host and easy to communicate with! Would def stay again!

Great location

Georgia, the owner, was a great communicator! Cottage was adorable. Loved the kitchen. Location was perfect as it was between downtown and where the nearest Kroger was. Spent three nights enjoying the restaurants and shopping.
