We had a great week in Franklin!Frank was very accommodating answering questions & even came to the house to show us how to operate the thermostat & fireplace. There were plenty of places for all of us college friends celebrating our 75 th birthdays to catch up! Beautiful property with easy access to downtown Franklin!

My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful stay in this lovely house. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the birds singing, as we enjoyed morning coffee on the screened-in porch. We loved strolling down the long driveway to explore the babbling brook across the road. The location is private, but close to everything that Franklin has to offer! The host was the best! All in all, this was a great place to stay!

I appreciate your review as I take extreme pride in my property. My cleaning lady texted me pictures of dirty towels all over the bathroom floors and trash overflowing. I am having to pay her extra for the time and extra effort she had to put into the cleaning and preparation. The towels were instructed to be started and trash taken out on the directions. I am disappointed in how things were left to my house and saddens me to have to writes this. Blessings

Very accommodating. Steps were a little bit too much for 4 ladies 70-90 yrs old. But once we conquered the steps, the interior was fantastic—very well appointed and maintained!
