Beach renourishment is expected Fall 2025. Beach erosion is in progress (it comes and goes); however, beach is likely accessible in front of the condo via a trail on the landside of the rocks or via our neighboring Periwinkle or Clam Shell public beach access points or Freeman Park (North of Carolina Beach Pier - 2 blocks North of condo). For 2022: New coffee table, end tables, and nightstands. For 2021: New queen and twin (2) mattresses and box springs. For 2020: New vinyl plank flooring throughout and fresh paint. For 2017: New central A/C, new kitchen appliances, new sleeper sofa, new full size washer and dryer & remodeled bathrooms**

Welcome to my HOME away from home! This spacious two bedroom two bath condo features windows on the side that let in AWESOME PANORAMIC OCEAN & PIER views along with NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed pets are welcome (additional $150 fee) and RELAXATION is required!

The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and private balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds. The second full bathroom includes a washer and dryer for laundry. The full kitchen includes a bar that seats four with an adjacent dining table that seats four. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for six and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with an optional 2 person swing and a double sliding, three panel glass door! The balconies are a GREAT place to people watch whether on the beach or pier.

Condo has 3 - 40” SMART HDTVs with cable. The living room cable is accessible through a traditional box and cable is accessible through the Roku - Spectrum app in each bedroom. The house has wireless internet, FREE-WIFI. Parking includes 2 spots. Bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. I also recommend bringing your own pillows. Enjoy the sunrise. Relax on the two porches. Enjoy sun and sand. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season (April 1st through September 30th) dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm.

My condo comes with access to two pools; one located directly across the street behind the aqua Sun Skipper and the other behind the yellow Sun Skipper.

The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than two blocks away and features the High Tide Lounge Bar/Pub! Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their vehicles right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND. For more information go to www. carolinabeach .org/visitors/freeman_park

This was a great property (our second stay here), with amazing views of the ocean. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a week stay and it was steps from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place

This place is wonderful! You literally live next to the beach. There are thousands of good restaurants and stores in this area. The apartment is clean and pet friendly. The host is very friendly. Absolutely recommend!

A comfortable place to stay.

My wife loved the balcony (I liked the swing), and beach access. The kitchen was better equipped than other places we have stayed. My wife is looking for new appliances and was impressed with those in the unit. It was great to be able to vacation with our dog.

It was pet friendly and on the beach, which were the two main draws for us, but that was sort of where the positives ended. This place is just ok. It needs some major updating and cleaning. Paint is peeling and walls are scuffed/marked up everywhere. The mattress protectors have giant stains on them. There were plenty of dustbunnies/hairballs around the house. The sofa had tons of grime caked into its crevices. The balcony had carpet which reeked of urine. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and had food stuck to them. The master bedroom door has some sort of play-do caked to it. All this, and we had to bring our own EVERYTHING. This place was as bare bones as it gets. They don’t even provide you with a second trash bag or second roll of TP. Glad we had our own. I stay in plenty of STRs and this place was the least accommodating in terms of providing much of anything except salt and pepper. I was hoping for it to be such a nice stay and I was really disappointed, aside from the location.

Home away from home

We loved our stay in Carolina Beach! The “beach house” as our kids called it was great for adults and kids! It felt lived in and comfortable. Everything was clean, and it provided a nice base for our family adventures! The beach is definitely disappearing, but there was still plenty to enjoy… and only steps away! We were thankful for access to pools also! The area is residential but still close to everything. Such a great week!

The condo was bigger than I expected. Living room was big, just wished it had another sofa in there instead of chairs but it was nice. Kitchen area was large and easy to move around in. Balcony was awesome with porch swing was great. Easy access to beach. Would stay again

Amazing!

Tim's place is a complete delight! The location is perfect for an ocean front stay at Carolina beach. Everything was spotless and so clean! Tim was super quick to reply to my messages! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook all my meals including plates forks cooking utensils and a good selection of knives and they even provided dish soap paper towels and hand soap. The queen size bed is so comfy, and the master bathroom shower had great water pressure! Five stars!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Awesome!

Everything about our stay was awesome! Tim is an absolute pleasure to work with and the property was lovely. The unit is very nicely furnished and the appliances are new and very high end. The beds were very comfortable and I loved sitting on the swing on the balcony and listening to the waves crash onto the shore. I sat out there every evening. It was wonderful to be able to take my "fur baby" with me on vacation, too. I had the peace of mind knowing he was safe and happy because he was with me - knowing that allowed me to truly enjoy my vacation. I've been to CB many times and always enjoy it, but this was by far my favorite trip! I can't wait to go back and stay at this property again!

Exactly as promised!

Just returned from our first visit to Carolina Beach, and this condo delivered everything it promised! We had no trouble with access, parking or navigating the area. Kitchen is well stocked, and we had gorgeous sunrise views from the balcony. There is definitely some beach erosion (which no property owner can control) but we were able to walk onto the beach from our building, and it was actually quite interesting to observe - Mother Nature at work! However, be assured there is still *plenty* of beach left to enjoy AND maintain social distancing. Thanks, Tim, for a great experience!

Uncomfortable in Paradise

This property was not as advertised. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The living room although large had minimal seating making it uncomfortable to sit and relax. The view was amazing and beach access cannot be beat. We left after one very uncomfortable night. Recommendations: Get a king bed Put mattress pads on the twin beds Place more chairs in the living area and remove the fireplace Do not recommend Bowman’s - terrible food and service

Could not be closer to the wayer

Pros: Feels like you’re on a boat when standing in the kitchen. The living room is large for a condo, and it felt spacious. The front porch is awesome. Cons: The tap water had a very sulfuric smell - we had to buy drinking water. We would have appreciated more than one coffee mug. The checking out instructions (remake the beds, empty the dishwasher and put everything away) are more extensive than usual. Also, we missed the note about providing your own linens when booking, but the host was able to loan us some of those pesky twin sheets. For the price, it’s a great spot.
