Tim is an excellent host and has excellent communication. The condo was clean and in good shape. The view was excellent, and the beach was very nice. You couldn't ask for a better location near anything you could need. The balcony was great, but the some of the chair need to be replaced, and the carpet had a lot of mold and mildew. Overall it was an excellent trip.

The ocean view was why we came to this condo and it was just as good as advertised. The property was clean and well set up. The furniture was a little uncomfortable, but the queen bed was fabulous. This was our first time to Carolina Beach and we absolutely will be coming back to this area. Highly recommend Carolina Beach. If you haven’t been there, you need to check places and go but make sure you get a place on the ocean and not one or two streets over and you won’t be able to see the ocean very well.

The Ocean view was amazing. The house to the left jutted out a bit too far for us to see the sun rise from the balcony. The balcony could use a new floor/rug it seemed to stay wet the entire time and there were soft spots that I was a little nervous about. Access to the beach was close and clean. The inside was pristine. The beds were comfortable. The couch was comfortable. The outdoor furniture was perfect for the two of us. The host was EXTREMELY responsive. And a delight to work with. I recommend this host and listing!

The condo was nice and clean upon arrival. It was our first time at Carolina Beach so we didn't know exactly what to expect. Being in our late 60's the four flights of stairs were difficult for us bringing stuff in and out. We had a a great week. The restaurants we went to were all very good. Pop's, Gulf Stream, Island Burgers and Michelangelo's Pizza. The town of CB charges you to park at most places unless designated as the restaurant's parking. First hour is 5 and up. If you have a handicap license or card to hand on mirror it is free. However, you MUST be in a handicap parking space for it to be valid. Fort Fisher is beautiful.

Wonderful place to stay with nice ocean view and easy access to the beach. Good location in quiet area. Tim was wonderful to communicate with. He always replied promptly and provided clear instructions and lots of good information about the area. We enjoyed our time there.
