Charming cabin studio, ideally located in downtown La Grande Motte. It is in the immediate vicinity, on foot, of all the centers of interest (shops, entertainment, restaurants, casino, spa). 100 m. from the port and 200 m. from the beach. Very bright with open view. Completely renovated including the bedding, it can accommodate 4 beds with a convertible sofa rapido in 140 and 2 bunk beds in 90 in the cabin part.
Kitchen equipped with 2 induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, multifunction combined oven (oven, grill, microwave), coffee maker + nespresso.
Shower room with shower cubicle, separate wc. Sheets are provided.
Flat screen TV and wifi.
It has a closed loggia of 8 m2.
Conditions and prices
July and August: 455 € / week
June and September: € 315 / week or € 45 per night depending on availability
the rest of the year: 36 € per night with minimum 2 nights
Payment 30% deposit on booking, the balance 20 days before arrival.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. L'appartement est bien agencé et idéalement situé. La literie est agréable. Une fois la voiture garée au parking gratuit tout est à proximité.... Front de mer et balade sur le port. Hébergement calme. Je recommande ++.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est propre, bien équipé, idéalement situé, à deux ou trois minutes à pieds de la plage, du port et des commerces. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et ont su nous donné de precieux conseils qui ont contribué à passer un tres bon moment sur place.

Super séjour, l'appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien situé. Il est propre et bien équipé, les lits confortables. Nous avons pu profiter à pieds des commerces, de la plage et du port. Très bon accueil des propriétaires !
