Bel appartement au calme

Appartement très bien équipé, très calme, bien exposé avec belle vue sur la mer. Dommage, les commerces proches étaient fermés en août. Autres commerces et plage situés à 25 minutes à pied . Parking en sous-sol bien appréciable.

Appartement tout confort, décoré avec goût et bénéficiant d'une vue magnifique sur la mer à l'abri des regards. Un positionnement permettant à la fois d'être prêt et suffisamment éloigné du bord de mer, de se reposer dans une résidence au calme et de sillonner la région. Très agréable

Situé dans les hauteurs de Nice, ce duplex est très agréable et bien équipé. La résidence est très calme et le voisinage également. A 10 minutes environs en voiture du centre de Nice. Literie impeccable. Belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Je recommande.

Lovely location and facilities

Great correspondence and had all we required including secure Parking for a car, which is a must since up a steep hill. Views are stunning though and 10mins from beach and airport.

We had a lovely stay and family holiday in Nice and surroundings.

The apartment was really nice and we spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the great view. Perfect size for our family of four. The host was very eager to make our stay enjoyable and the dialogue was easy. It is good to have a car as the apartment is situated high up, especially if traveling with kids.

calme et reposant

Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Les 2 terrasses avec vue sur la mer sont appréciables. De plus, il est situé dans un lieu calme et reposant mais voiture indispensable pour se déplacer. A noter que les commerces au bas de la résidence sont très bien. Les échanges téléphoniques et accueil ont été très chaleureux avec le propriètaire et Mme Dubois. Je recommande cet appartement sans soucis.

übereinstimmend mit Beschreibung, geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet, Ausstattung komplett

Der Vermieter reagierte und half prompt, schriftlich VOR Reiseantritt und telefonisch, als unser Navi nicht sofort den richtigen Weg fand. Ein Auto für das hoch am Hang gelegene Domizil mit den 2 schönen Terrassen und freiem Blick aufs Meer ist unbedingte Voraussetzung, zu Fuß kommt man zwar runter, aber hoch ...??. Der Blick auf die Stadt unten, die Ruhe und die gute Luft dort oben sind natürlich fantastisch. Da wir die gesamte Côte d'Azur westlich und östlich besucht haben, somit erst abends heimkamen (abgespannt durch viel Autofahren), waren wir dort oben etwas "eingeengt", denn Aufenthalt im Freien bieten nur die geräumigen Terrassen, innerhalb der schwer zugänglichen Residenz gibt es zu Fuß keine Bewegungsmöglichkeit: zu große Höhenunterschiede. Abgesehen davon natürlich auf jeden Fall ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Kunst und Kultur der schönen Küste, was wir sehr genossen haben !!

Schön eingerichtetes großzügiges Appartment mit tollem Seeblick

Das Appartment hat zwei Balkons mit tollem Ausblick. Die Esstische sind schön groß, die Küche sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt, der Pool sauber. Der Vermieter gab uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Einziger Minuspunkt: Leider ist nicht genug Stauraum da, weil sehr viel Wäsche in den Schränken gelagert ist. Da das Appartment im obersten Gebäude der Anlage liegt, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Zu Fuß braucht man zum Strand 20 min, zum Bäcker und kleinem Supermarkt 10 min. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Familie mit 2 Kindern 13 und 16

Alles war genau wie beschrieben. Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. War alles da wie beschrieben. Super schnelles Internet. Super Lage am Hang ganz oben, mit Meeresblick. Gut war, dass die Kinder im Untergeschoss Ihr eigenes Zimmer und Balkon hatten. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit.
