Walk next door to the Historic 1640 Hart House for dinner or spend the day visiting the Crane Estate and Crane Beach! Unit 1 is on the first floor where you will enjoy minimal stairs (only to get in) and the convenience of 2 bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen with sunny breakfast nook. The beautiful gardens create an enchanting oasis away from the road. This location is perfect for couples or family wanting a summer beach getaway, holiday stay while visiting friends and family, weddings, or corporate stay! This is good environment for working from home or home schooling while you are away using our high speed internet! In fact, you will be right around the corner from our neighborhood when you go to Marini Farm for fresh produce and baked goods. We are very involved in our community with my Windhill Real Estate business and my husband, Nishan, having been a town selectman for the past several years. Why they chose this property

We immediately fell in love with the lovely gardens, convenient location and historic charm of this 1880 Victorian home. It reminded us of some of the New England Bed and Breakfasts one might see along the coast.

What makes this property unique

Our hope is to bring guests the charm of a Bed and Breakfast but with the space of a full dwelling including a fully equipped kitchen! Why share a bathroom with other guests and be confined to one bedroom while visiting the area when you can have the B & B charm WITH the privacy and space of a full apartment?
