A very nice, quaint little slice of New England with a partial view of the ocean and lighthouse. It's a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and the host, Mary Jane was very helpful in recommending a few places for breakfast, dinner, etc. Thank you Mary Jane!

Rock port getaway!

Although it was a short visit to rock port I couldn't be more happy with my stay at this location it was very clean , cozy and somewhat private.. in addition the surrounding neighborhood was nice as well.. I would recommend staying there and I will look forward to booking another stay in the future. It was just a wonderful time!

Beautiful and quiet area with gorgeous view from the window! Walking distance from the shore and the little beach. Easy to find a perfect spot to catch the sunrise or a moonrise over the ocean. Comfortable stay. Great host !

Wonderful Rockport Hideaway...

My husband, teenaged son and I have just returned from a week in Rockport, and were completely happy with our studio rental. The property is clean, bright, quiet, uncluttered, and has a nice view of the ocean. The bathroom is new and spotless, with great water pressure. Our hosts thought of everything, including beach chairs, and a parking pass, which enabled us to visit a quiet beach nearby and also park in the Rockport resident parking lots. We did not feel crowded at all during our time indoors, plenty of room for all. The property is well located, away from noise, but close enough to drive to both Rockport or Gloucester for dinner. Our family has been visiting Rockport for many years and this is was overall the best rental experience that we have ever had including beachfront houses, and apartments right on Bearskin Neck. We hope to visit again soon.

Excellent stay. Studio apartment. Very clean. It has everything that you could need . Microwave, stove, Mini kitchen, refrigerator. Futon, full size bed, nightstand with lamp , clock . Cute cane,rocking chair . Kitchen table and chairs, empty Bureau that you can use. TV, AC unit. Large closet. Bathroom with towels. Excellent shower with good water pressure. Full length mirror, Cathedral ceiling with fan. You can see the ocean from the windows. There is an excellent public walking path down the road from your stay which gives you a gorgeous surprise View of two lighthouses off on an island. 1 minute drive to the center of Rockport to look at Shops in the tourist views. Motif number one. The host leaves you a very detailed letter to tell you about the place and how to have access. There is a parking spot for your carin a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this spot. We will be coming back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this studio apartment! The space had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean – truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Check-in was seamless thanks to the hosts, who were kind, welcoming, and extremely respectful of our privacy.The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short drive away is the charming Rockport center, Bearskin Neck, filled with shops, restaurants, and coastal beauty. Even closer, right from the property, there’s a scenic footpath with majestic views of the New England shoreline, complete with two iconic lighthouses.The apartment itself was the perfect size for a couple or two friends, thoughtfully arranged and incredibly comfortable. We were absolutely thrilled with the accommodations and very grateful for the hosts’ courtesy and attention to detail. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Rockport!
