Just imagine: a beautiful terrace, magnificent view on sea and islands, full privacy, 5 min. walk to the beach, swimming in crystal clear water, no traffic and no noise. Perfect vacation!
Some of those special places are apartments "Sea view" and "Sea view 2" in small tourist resort Ravni.
Each apartment has a separate entrance, terrace and parking.
Both apartments together can accommodate 8 persons.

In my opinion, tourist resort Ravni is hidden pearl of Istrian east coast. That is a small place on sea coast. There is a long beach, crystal clear water and untouched nature. It is a peacefull place without big traffic.

Beach is 500 m long and it consists one large and many small beaches. There is caffe-bar, restaurant, playground, sport field and rent-a-boat servis.

Resort Ravni is located from the local center, the town of Labin, about 20 km ( 20 min car ride ) and from the destination Rabac, 25 km ( 30 minutes car ride ).

Tourist resort Ravni and our apartment, with stunning view of the sea and islands, is one of those special places where you can truly enjoy your holiday.

Once you came to apatrment with your privat car, Rent-a-car or taxi service, you won't need it anymore. All you need is in the vicinity of the apartment.

Step 1: follow the road from the Croatian border to town of Labin!
Step 2: in town of Labin you drive always straight through 5 roundabouts to the old town of Labin on the hill!
Step 3: from the main square of the old town of Labin on the hill, follow the road sign Ravni and drive straight 20 km to the resort Ravni!
Step 4: after arriving to the resort Ravni, drive, always, straight to the end of resort and drive, always, straight, into the street which is located closest to the sea!
Step 5: Welcome! The last apartment in the first block of 7 apartments is apartment “Sea view”, Ravni 155 ! (Here awaits owner with a key from the apartment).

Cute little apartment with beautiful view

We had a wonderful time in this apartment with a perfect sea view! Since it was off-season, it was really quiet in the whole area which we enjoyed a lot. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, and Ronald was a really friendly and attentive host making sure to provide us with enough recommendations where to go and where to enjoy some good food during this time of the year.

Great view from terrace

Very relaxing vacation in a not so crowded area. Small apartment but all the needed equipment and a great terrace with a fantastic view. The host is very polite and gave some tips about the neighborhood. The beach is on 10 mins walking.

Very nice balkony with a great view To the ocean. Appartement is Kind of small with not a lot of Storage Room. However you are anyways Not in the Appartement other then for sleeping. Very nice and friendly owner of the appartement.

Little Appartement with a fantastic view

It has everything you need. Ronald is very friendly and gave us a lot of advices and ideas what we have to see. We loved the balcony and saw dolphins for a short moment. The only thing we have to criticize is the location. You can walk to the beaches but you have to climb partially. We like it more easilier 😆. But at the end it was very nice. 🙂

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal bei Ronald und wir hatten wieder einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub.Ronald hat uns begrüßt und uns alles erklärt. Er ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Bei Fragen konnte man sich telefonisch bei ihm melden.Einen Tag später bekamen wir per WhatsApp Information und nützliche Tipps rund um Istrien.Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Ein dazugehöriger Stellplatz befindet sich gegenüber der Wohnung. In der Wohnung befindet sich alles, was man benötigt. Sie hat eine große Terrasse mit Meerblick, zwei Sonnenliegen und vier Sitzplätze, sowie eine Markise. Im Ort Ravni gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen mit dem nötigsten. 30 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es eine Pizzeria.Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß durch eine Olivenplantage. Am Strand befindet sich eine Strandbar.Der nächst größere Ort heißt Labin, wo man sehr gut essen und einkaufen kann. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub für uns.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit herrlichen blick auf das Meer und der Insel Cres.Super netter und sympathischer Vermieter.Viele Möglichkeiten/Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung. Pula und Rijeka jeweils nur ca. 50km entfernt. Strand zwar voll, aber nicht überfüllt, trotz Hauptsaision. Wir haben uns die 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit nichmal wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Ravni.ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber mit vielen nützlichen Tipps. Das Appartement war uns mit vier Personen( 2 Kinder) auch nicht zu klein. Durch die große Terrasse fällt das gar nicht auf und wir hatten super Wetter. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Ansonsten muss ein Bewusstsein dass es eher ein ruhiger Urlaub vor Ort ist. Viel baden und entspannen will es genau richtig.

Das Apartment befindet sich auf einem Berg im Ort Ravni. Wir wurden sehr liebevoll von unserem Gastgeber Ronald empfangen. Er hat uns alles bis ins kleinste Detail erklärt und uns noch Empfehlungen rund um Istrien per WhatsApp gesendet. Dies empfanden wir als sehr hilfreich. Wirklich tolle Empfehlungen. Das Apartment war sauber und man hatte alles, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Der Ausblick aufs Meer war einzigartig und hat für pure Entspannung gesorgt! In dem „Elternschlafzimmer“ befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, welches das gesamte Apartment angenehm abkühlt. Wir sind sehr glücklich und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. 🥰

Wir waren als eine 4 köpfige Familie schon das zweite Mal im Apartment vom Ronald (in Medulin in Ravni) und sind mehr als zufrieden. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und sehr nett eingerichtet. Ronald ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.Er gibt sich viel Mühe mit den Vorschlägen der Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung, so dass man auch was erleben kann. Die Empfehlungen der guten Restaurants sind ebenfalls toll, wir haben vieles ausprobiert und fanden es super.Werden gerne wieder beim Ronald ein Apartment Mieten, Preis Leistung ist ebenfalls sehr gut.Danke lieber Ronald für den tollen Aufenthalt in Kroatien und deine Empfehlungen, weiter so.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Das Highlight unseres Urlaubs war die grandiose Aussicht von der Terrasse.Der Check in und Check Out verlief problemlos,Ronald war ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt.Die Wohnung war für uns zwei mit Hund gross genug, der Markt im Ort war leider geschlossen.Einkaufen daher in Labin,25 min hin und zurück.Tolle Strände mit glasklarem Wasser.Sehr ruhig,daher eher nichts für Teenies.Das Bad könnte ein Upgrade vertragen,aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.Wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung besticht durch den traumhaften Ausblick von der großen Terrasse und vom Bett aus - im Spiegel sieht man dann sogar in die andere Richtung. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat viele Tipps gegeben, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann. Die Unterkunft ist recht klein aber sauber und gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist beeindruckend und der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt und paradiesisch. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ottima vacanza a Ravni

Bell'appartamento situato sulla collina prospiciente al mare, con terrazza che offre una vista stupenda. Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale, moderno e pulito. Munito di PS4 e TV sat che onestamente non abbiamo mai sentito la necessità di usare. Spiagge a poche centinaia di metri, raggiungibili tramite piacevole discesa all' ombra di pineta e macchia mediterranea. Ronald ci ha accolto molto simpaticamente e con professionalità, fornendoci anche nei giorni successivi tutte le informazioni che ritenevamo utili sapere. Quel po' di inglese che conosciamo è stato più che sufficiente per intenderci a meraviglia.

My family for many years rented apartments in Labin, Medulin and a villa in the heart of Istria, in the small village Zudigi. From the year 2016, we started renting our apartment "Sea view" on a beautiful location, near the sea, in the touristic resort Ravni. In 2020. we developed a new apartment called "Sea view 2" on the same position.

In case you are coming with an airplane till airport Pula we can organize a taxi service. Welcome, transport from the airport Pula to the apartment and return to the airport. Taxi service price is approximately 50 € for one way.

Our region (Istria) is the closest to you, so you'll save money and time. This is very important in the summer when the increased traffic. At the pick of the summer season, so you can save even one day.
