The house has the typical patio of 46 m2 of the village houses. The most impressive of the house is its garden of 400 m / 2, with ford to enter 3 or 4 cars, with electric door. The garden, very well maintained, has a lawn with automatic irrigation, an area with soil and a slide for children, and trees that provide shade in summer.

The house was perfect for us. More than enough room. The garden was spectacular. The location was a short block from the beach. The neighborhood was safe and friendly with every possible amenity in walking distance. Anna and Jordi could not have been more accommodating. Amazing Home and Gardens

The home and gardens are exactly as advertised. It's a nice relaxing atmosphere. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona itself, but close enough to get to any of the sites easily. The beach is amazing and a short 5 min walk. The house is clean with a light and bright atmosphere. There are ample dishes and pots and pans. Great space. We had a small issued with the check-in process, but were able to adequately get that resolved. Definitely on my list of places to stay again!

Perfect!

This house is so lovely! Owners were adorables, replied fast to my questions and welcomed us the first night to present all the house. Everything necessary and the beach is nearby, you can even hear waves during the night. Also, it's easy to get to the center of Barcelona by train. I definitely recommend to book this house for your stay with family or friends! :)

I´ve been to the house for 10 days with my friends and we really enjoyed the our holiday. The house had enough space for everyone including our car and bycicles. The huge garden was a pleasure. The house was super clean and included everything we needed. It feelt like a second home. The Landlord was very friendly and helpful. I would stay in the house again and again. Best evaluation. Absolutely Perfect!!

We just spent 4 days at this villa. Pictures showed property perfectly. Owner and her parents are absolutely beautiful people and so accommodating. Quick to answer all questions and very helpful with the sites to see. Lots of room for our family and walking distance to beach, markets and train stations, great private secure parking for 2 cars if you rent. 25 minute drive to down town Barcelona and 45 minute train ride. This Villa is so stunning and beautiful inside and out. Gives you the Spanish charm you are looking for. 10/10 plus

Villa et jardin superbe

Super séjour dans une villa avec jardin très spacieux et jolis. Emplacement a 3 min du bord de mer et 5 grosses min du train qui nous amène au centre de barcelone (30 min de trajet). Tout le nécessaire est dans la villa. Nous avons bien profité et merci pour l'accueil a l'arrivée.

Eine wundervolle Zeit

Das Haus mit dem Garten sind einfach eine absolute Oase- schön eingerichtet, toll gestaltet, sauber und beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war herzlich und problemlos. Der Ort und der Strand sind fussläufig zu erreichen und man hat alles was man braucht- die Nähe zu Barcelona (mit der Renfe) ist natürlich ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Aber auch die nahen Berge waren für Hundespaziergänge optimal. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in dem Haus! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Geweldig huis in een prachtige omgeving

Met een groep van 7 vrienden hebben we een lang weekend verbleven in dit prachtige huis. Gelegen vlak bij het strand, in een fijne omgeving. We hebben genoten van de avonden in de tuin. Huis is groot, netjes en voorzien van alle noodzakelijkheden. De goede service van de eigenaresse was erg fijn, ze kwam met tips over vertrektijden (gelet op verwachte verkeersdrukte) en dergelijke. De mogelijkheid om de auto te parkeren op eigen terrein was ideaal, gezien de beperkte ruimte in de straat. We hebben unaniem besloten dat, als we nogmaals in deze omgeving willen verblijven, we wederom voor dit huis kiezen!

Das Haus ist Top!!!!

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen, stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war sogar innen schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir waren 9 Personen (4 Kinder) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist großartig, auch für Kinder. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. Leider dauert es mit einer Gruppe doch etwas länger nach Barcelona zu kommen. Meer ist dafür um die Ecke. Kleiner Supermarkt auch.

Herrschaftliches Haus mit feudalem Garten

Nach einer erholsamen Nachtruhe in den vier gemütlichen Schlafzimmern lädt das Haus gleichsam zum verweilen ein. Ob im feudalen Garten mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle Angereisten oder auf dem begrünten Patio - hier ist sprichwörtlich für jeden etwas dabei. Sollte dem geneigten Mieter dennoch der Sinn danach stehen sich in der Sonne zu aalen, so ist der einladende Stand binnen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Selbiges gilt für die Geschäfte des Leiblichen Wohls. Auch Sonntags Abends findet sich ohne Mühe noch ein beleuchteter Mini-Market, der dem erschöpften Weltenbummler kulinarisch-katalonische Hochgenüsse in ausreichender Valuta bereit hält. Die An- und Abreise konnte flexibel nach unseren Gegebenheiten geplant werden. Anna war stets erreichbar und Stand uns bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat - auch kurzfristig - beiseite. Kurzum: Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haus für Familie in optimaler Lage.

Für unsere Familie war der Ort sehr schön, da Strandnähe und gleichzeitig die optimale Bahnanbindung nach Barcelona. Sehr nette Vermieter in einem sehr schönen Haus. Leider konnten wir unser größeres Auto nicht so oft nutzen, da die Zufahrt zur Straße sehr eng war. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwoche dort verbracht.

Es hat von der herzlich Schlüsselübergabe bis zum Schluss alles gepasst und hervorragend geklappt.

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen und einem Hund eine Woche hier. Wir sind alle ( incl. Hund) sehr von Anna, ihrer Mutter und natürlich dem tollen Haus mit sehr sehr schönem Garten angetan und fasziniert. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Kücheneinrichtung reicht locker für die vorgegebene Personenzahl und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Schlafzimmer sind individuell und mit viel liebe zum Detail eingericht. Mein Highlight im Garten ist der Zitronenbaum mit ca. 100 reifen Früchten, von denen wir die ein oder andere geerntet und getrunken haben. DasHaus liegt ideal, egal was man in seinem Urlaub erleben möchte. Es sind mit der Bahn 20 min. bis Barcelona. Die Haltestelle ist max. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Davor ist auch ein Taxistand. Der Badestrand ist auch max. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug. Vom Bioladen bis zum Supermarkt alles Innerhalb von ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Formel 1 Rennstrecke sind es 20 km. Wir alle können es nur weiterempfehlen.
