Emplacement idéal au calme et proche de tout à condition de ne pas utiliser sa voiture, ( piste cyclable à proximité ) appartement meublé avec goût, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine de qualité ( assez rare pour que ce soit presiser) , clim. Efficace et silencieuse , ainsi qu'une literie confortable.....
Mentions particulière pour l'accueil sympathique de Monika....
Seul petit bémol il n'y à pas de congélateur pour les glaçons dommage

Très bel appartement - Bien équipé - Pas d'internet et de parking
L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos.
Il est bien pourvu en équipements.
C'est qualitatif et très sain. On s'y sent tout de suite très bien. Pour cela donc l'annonce de "haut standing" n'est pas usurpée
Il dispose d'un bon confort et globalement au dessus de ce qui se fait dans un voisinage proche.
La propreté est indiscutable et l'accueil à l'arrivée est très souriant et bien agréable (Merci Monica)
Gros bémols:
1- il n'y a pas de parking comme indiqué dans l'annonce. on est obligé de se garer en dehors de la résidence sur les accotements dans la poussière, sous les arbres et en plus la voiture envahie de fournies...+ 5/7minutes à pied en fonction de la place (pas de réponse de la Mme SANTENS quand on la questionne sur le sujet...)
2-Pas de connexion wifi et un réseau GSM très faible voir nul. Si vous emportez du homework avec VPN ou si vos enfants jouent/réseaux sociaux sur smartphone: c'est mort.
Et cela ce n'est pas conforme au haut standing en 2023. Dommage...

Nous allons installer le WIFI, tres prochainement. Le parking devant la residence es impossible, non seulement pour sauvegarder la paix des habitants. Le parking se trouve dehors mais dans la residence a 2 min maximum.
