Corner of paradise 5 minutes walk from the covered market of the beach in a quiet and sought after area of the town of Châtelaillon-Plage.

You will find there, an entrance / cloakroom, large bright living room overlooking the garden with a modern fitted kitchen, two bedrooms each with dressing room, office area, shower room-WC, all on one level. Private enclosed garden.

The garden is being landscaped and will be nicely laid out and equipped with garden furniture in the spring.

The house, on one level, will offer you everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
