Totally Beachin' Coligny OceanViews w/new bikes/chairs

We just purchased this place in 2020 and completely renovated it with high end furnishings. The villa features a comfy King bed in the bedroom and Queen Havertys sleeper in the living room, Full standing tiled shower, all new full sized black stainless appliances and granite stone counters in the kitchen, and large smart tv's in both the bedroom and living room. Beach Chairs and bikes included! All just steps to the beach and a couple blocks from Colingy Plaza and the Tiki Hut!

Located in Seaside Villas, a gated, oceanfront complex, two blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki-Hut. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. In the heart of Hilton Head's main beach.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

For the price, I can't imagine a better location. The condo was so close to the beach and ocean, and you could hear the waves when you were on the balcony, and it was within easy walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Our host was easy to communicate with and helpful. We look forward to returning.

It was a great stay, and I do want to add that the sofa bed is not comfortable at all to sleep on if you need to, maybe bring a sleeping bag or something for extra cushion. Nice and clean, very nice people and ocean view from the balcony.

We have been renting condos at this property for several years! Everything you need. Easy communication with host . Clean , huge shower and great water pressure a plus for me. Bed is so comfortable. We love to sit on the balcony at night and a nice side view of the ocean! The other guests we meet are always very friendly as well! Great for couples and kids !!!

We’ve been home a week and I’m still thinking about that ocean view! The condo was a good size for my husband and I. It was very clean. And having 2 bikes available was wonderful! You can literally ride bikes for miles and miles on the wonderfully shaded bike paths in the middle of the day! We thoroughly enjoyed dinner and a great show at the Jazz Corner as recommended by the hosts!

We had a great stay! Love the proximity to the beach & walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Great hosts & very clean space. Having the bikes, chairs, and wagon was awesome. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 for a couple of nights. If you have 4 people for an entire week, I would suggest one of the hosts’ bigger units. We would definitely come back!
