Welcome to our Austin Treehouse Oasis. Nestled in the treetops our newly renovated home, enjoy 4 generously sized bedrooms, 3.5 bath, and 2 living spaces. The open floor plan flooded with light. The kitchen has seating for 10 and plenty of room for large groups. The double family/living room supports conversation and comfort. Enjoy the beautiful saltwater pool and hot tub while you are visiting! There are decks in the front of the house, as well as a rooftop deck. The home is 5 min from downtown and only 1 mile from Zilker park, Barton Springs Pool, great music and Austin's amazing food scene. The home is accessible, spacious and a pleasure to relax in. Welcome to Austin we look forward to hosting you!

Raised in Los Angeles, Steve feels right at home with the cool vibe that Austin offers. We have two kiddos and love exploring what the city has. What an amazing place for people of all ages and interests. Welcome. We would love to make your stay easier and more fun, so if you need any recommendations on where to find good food, good music or good hikes, please let us know!

Why they chose this property

It provides the best of both worlds. We are very close to the city of Austin, yet are very close to a plethora of hiking and mountain bike trails. We couldn't beat the access the property offers....being able to head into the Greenbelt, eat downtown and listen to live music all in an afternoon....and do so regularly. The property also feels like a treehouse. As a raised ranch, the majority of our house looks into the treetops and has a walkout to our pool. It is both serene and very fun! We absolutely love it here and think you will enjoy your stay as well!
