Nestled on the shores of the Mediterranean, this Provencal farmhouse offers an exceptional setting for relaxing with family or friends.
The house offers stunning views of the bays of Cousse and Bandol.
Totally renovated with taste, the villa combines modernism, Provencal spirit and standing. Decoration and equipment have been designed to bring you great comfort: air conditioning, heated swimming pool, wooden garden, video projector, etc.

Included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, 2 parking spaces and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).

Classified as a 2-star furnished accommodation, this villa offers a certified quality of service and equipment. The classification also reduces the cost of the residence tax.

The villa «la Faligeotte» located in a quiet and quality area, is ideal for your stay up to 9 people, including 3 children.
It immerses you in a typical environment with its 1359 sqm garden where the scents of Mediterranean essences mingle with the sounds of the Mediterranean Sea. A true haven of peace.

Bathing is comfortable until autumn with the heated swimming pool. Its depth of 1m15 is ideal for spending good times with the family and it will be secured by a motorized shutter. The commissioning and heating of the pool are from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays).

“Beaucours” beach, ideal for families, is just 750 m from the house. To swim a second option is offered to you via a gate from the garden: after about 300m of walk on a narrow and sometimes steep path, the old customs way, you will arrive at a small rocky cove typically Mediterranean.

On 140m², this bright house offers a refined and luxurious setting conducive to moments of conviviality and idleness.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room/ living room, with video projector, with large bay windows offering stunning sea views and direct access to a large shaded terrace under a pine tree. With its large table and deckchairs, it is the ideal place for barbecues, aperitifs, endless breakfasts.

The first suite is located at this level. The bed is a 140 x 190 quality sofa bed. It is equipped with a TV with amazon TV. The bathroom is spacious and bright with shower, bath and toilet.

Going down one level, you will find 2 beautiful rooms giving direct access to a second terrace equipped with very comfortable deckchairs. Both rooms also offer direct views of Cousse Bay. The first is equipped with a double bed, the second with a single bed and a bunk bed. On this same level you will find a bathroom with bath and garden view as well as a separate toilet.

Accessible from the living room by a dedicated staircase, the master suite is on the first floor. This room offers a view of the Mediterranean that you will not get tired of contemplating from your bed or from the Italian shower in the bathroom. The TV is equipped with Apple TV. There is also a separate toilet.
A laundry room is at your disposal in a wing of the house with washing machine, dryer, fridge and additional freezer.
The swimming pool located in the garden is another space of conviviality. It also offers a breathtaking sea view
Everything is done so that you can be carried away by the gentleness of the place and rejuvenate yourself in this idyllic setting that will, we hope, leave you with lasting memories.

You will have a single contact available to welcome you, check in and check out.
This person will introduce you to the property as a whole, how it works and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation.
She will give you and comment on our touristic guide who advises you on typical days to discover the region.
She will be reachable by email, Whats App and on her mobile.

Other remarks
2 secure parking spaces within the property are available. If needed, you can also park on the street for free.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
Check-in times: 4pm-7pm. Departure time: 9am-10am.
During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.

The neighbourhood
After a few hours of relaxing and savouring rest by the pool or at the beach, you can easily enjoy Sanary and its surroundings.
Arriving on the colourful quay of the small fishing port of Sanary, one falls in love with this Provencal village, for its Mediterranean atmosphere, the colours of its facades, its lively streets, its terraces shaded by palm trees or its markets.
From the top of Notre Dame de Pitié, you can contemplate the sea enclosed between the Iles des Embiez, le Rouveau, la Pointe Nègre and the red stones of the jagged coast of La Cride.
The coastal path is a beautiful "semi-sports" course for lovers of open spaces...
We bathe from May to October thanks to the 280 days of sunshine displayed by Sanary...
On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, navigation, kayaking, tennis, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the ever-present sun.
You can also take your vehicle and set off at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Bandol, visit the island of Embiez, the peninsula of Giens and the golden islands of Hyères, opt for a golf course, Casino, hiking in the backcountry or on the coast, discovering the surrounding towns (Bandol, Six four, Toulon, etc.)

“La Pointe” bus station is accessible from the house (Colombus Lines 2).
Oullioules-Sanary train station is 5 km away, the port is 2 km away, “Beaucours” beach is 800m away and “Portissol” beach is 1.7 km away.
