WATER VIEW HOUSE CLOSE TO LAKE ERIE

The home has great view of Lake Erie. There is a northeast view of water out most of windows in the home. A newly fenced in yard for our furry friends is very helpful. A beautiful partially enclosed covered patio has beautiful view of Lake. Home is close to many local attractions. Niagara Falls and Buffalo and National Comedy Center are 45 min away. Within 10 min drive from Erie wine Trail, Dunkirk Lighthouse, Sunset Beach (swimming)and Marine. Small village beach park ( rocky) few blocks away small boat ramp for Kayaks and small boats. The lake access for swimming and boating is an easy walk of 2 blocks.

We had a great stay while moving our son back up to college for a senior year at SUNY Fredonia. Nice closed in backyard for our dogs. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable Cleaning supplies and laundry soap are available like to be back here with more time to explore the lake and the nice covered porch. Owner communicated very well overall very happy five stars.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and very family friendly. We especially appreciated the small fenced-in yard, which made traveling with our dog so easy. The location was fantastic--close enough to so many beaches that we enjoyed exploring as a family. The local beach is just two blocks away, which was perfect for evening walks, beachcombing, and hunting for sea glass with the kids. We loved being able to easily head down to the beach for some wading and exploring without have to make a whole outing of it. Overall, this was the perfect family getaway: clean, comfortable, pet-friendly, and in an ideal location for enjoying the beaches. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was a very good stay for us, a great property with several different options for spaces to hang out throughout the day. We ended up going to the Buffalo area on each of our free days to find things to do, but it was a pretty reasonable drive of around 45 minutes or less. The local Italian restaurant got thumbs up from us as well (and had gluten free options).
