The holiday apartment is well furnished and well equipped and is located in a very well-kept residential complex on the beachfront. It has a nice terrace with views of the community pool and the gardens with palm trees and grass. The large communal swimming pool with paddling pool and the beautiful communal garden are ideal for a family with children. Right in front of the residential complex there is a bus stop, so you can reach the center of Denia with its many shops, restaurants and bars without a car. Several supermarkets, bars, restaurants and clubs are located in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.
