It has a nice terrace with views of the community pool and the gardens with palm trees and grass. The large communal swimming pool with paddling pool and the beautiful communal garden are ideal for a family with children. Right in front of the residential complex there is a bus stop, so you can reach the center of Denia with its many shops, restaurants and bars without a car. Several supermarkets, bars, restaurants and clubs are located in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.

El alojamiento está muy bien. Limpio y cuidado. La ubicación lo mejor, a pie de playa. La urbanización con la piscina muy bien también, con buenos vecinos. Y bastante oferta gastronómica cerca.

Diese Rückmeldung und die hier nicht wahrheitsgetreue Wiedergabe der Situation ist beeindruckend. Die Wohnung ist nicht neu, wurde aber modernisiert und mit hübschen Möbeln ausgestattet. Der einzige Mangel war Staub unter dem Bett, ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr sauber gereinigt und desinfiziert. Wenn man gesundheitlich angeschlagen ist, dann kann man wohl auch nicht öffentlich mitteilen, dass man auf eine Geldentschädigung aus war. Diese hat der Kunde auch bekommen, wohl gemerkt, wegen Staub unter dem Bett. Die Eingangstüre ist 35 Jahre alt und nicht mehr schön, das stimmt. Aber deshalb ist die Wohnung nicht schrecklich. Es ist eine günstig preisige Ferienwohnung für den kleinen Geldbeutel die sehr nett hergerichtet wurde, und direkt am Strand liegt. Wir haben versucht schnell zu helfen, Terminabsprachen wurden vom Kunden teilweise blockiert da er uns keinen Zutritt zur Wohnung gegeben wollte. Nur nach mehrmaligen Absprachen war es möglich die Gasflasche zu wechseln und den Türgriff zu reparieren. Wäre es hier Airbnb würden wir den anderen EIgentümern abraten diesen Mieter zu akzeptieren. Im Gegenteil hatten wir dem Mieter noch mit seinem Anliegen einer Autowerkstatt geholfen und auch einen späten Check-out angeboten. Die Kommunikation war schlecht und wurde abgeblockt. Unser Serviceteam wollte auch nochmal eine gratis Zwischenreinigung durchführen die wurde auch abgeblockt. Von kaputten Bezügen und Besteck wissen wir nichts. Dennoch entschuldigen wir uns für den Staub unter dem Bett und die kaputte Türklinke.

Holiday Beach in Denia ist eine wunderschöne Anlage, die nur teilweise vermietet wird und von den Eigentümern liebevoll gepflegt wird. Mit Direktanschluss zum Sandstrand und Meer ist der Standort für alle, die das Meer lieben wie wir einfach ideal. Verschiedene Bars, Kaffees und Restaurants wie auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in Fussgängerentfernung.
