A very spacious 2 bedroom property with sea views.It has been recently completely refurbished with both style and comfort in mind and caters for those who are looking for that special holiday that combines privacy and freedom. The property will comfortably sleep up to 4 people. If the 2 bedroom property is combined with the one bedroom flat, that is separately available, it will then provide 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a wrap around terrace with the property and a ground floor terrace area with the flat. When combined an internal connecting door will be opened.

It is located within walking distance of the central ares of Funchal and the sea front (14 minutes) and also located close to a bus route into the centre of Funchal.

The city itself is nestled in a great natural amphitheatre, facing the blue Atlantic with a backdrop of dramatic mountains. Located in the stunning south of Madeira, on it’s sunniest coast amidst banana plantations and wonderful gardens where flowers bloom all year round in the shelter of the verdant mountains, it is an extremely lush, green and relaxed city.

Light Breeze, Funchal, Madeira

Very comfortable and modern Apartment. It is fitted with high spec appliances and has all the sundries you would need, whether staying for a short term or long term break. Lynden was very helpful and informative prior and up to making my booking and Joao who met us with the keys to the apartment was also the same, familiarising us with the apartment, its facilities and the local surrounding area. Both were on call at anytime should you need their assistance for anything. The position of the apartment is in a nice quiet side road and not too far from the attractions and Lido (approximately 10 minutes to either). My sister and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if returning to Madeira, would not hesitate to re-book Light Breeze again. Thank you Lynden for accommodating us and for all your help and assistance. David and Jean

Great place for a long stay!!!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for 4 weeks during February - March, 2018. It's just about a 15-minute walk up from the waterfront. The apartment is nicely furnished, comfortable and very modern. It comes with all of the necessary amenities for a lengthy stay. The terrace is lovely. It has many tropical plants that provide privacy where needed and is furnished with good quality patio furniture and a bonus BBQ, We really appreciated Lynden connecting us with Joao who we arranged to pick us up and then returned us to the airport. Lynden was an exceptional host! We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous apar

We loved our 3 week stay at Light Breeze. It's a beautiful, modern apartment. The kitchen has high quality equipment, the bedrooms each have a very comfortable double bed with beautiful bed linen, the lounge is very spacious, and best of all the terrace is huge, and is south-facing so it gets the sun all day, as well as lovely views of the sea. It also has big pots of plants and a sunshade, so you can get out of the sun if you need to, which we did some days, because even in January it can get very warm! Lynden was really helpful, he organised all of our transfers at no extra cost. The apartment had a 'lived in' feel, with basic food supplies like olive oil, kitchen roll and so on. Also lots of guidebooks on Madeira. The cleaning ladies were great, they kept the apartment really clean, and were very friendly. I can honestly say that it's the best apartment we've stayed in. You do need to be fit if you don't have a car because the walk up the hill is quite strenuous. There is a bus which passes nearby, or taxis are always available. Thanks Lynden for a great holiday!

Perfect stay for the independent traveller

We completely recommend this apartment for those who want to be near all the action of the old town but want peace and quiet. Its only 15 minutes walk to the centre of the old town. Slightly longer on the way back as there is a bit of a hill to go up but nothing too tough. There is a bus that goes regularly for those that don't want to walk. The apartment is in a quiet side street no traffic noise. It has a balcony on two sides and there is a fantastic ocean view from the front terrace and the lounge and bedroom windows. The apartment is outfitted to a very high five star standard. The local customer service guy Joao is very professional. He met us from the airport bus and took us to the apartment. He is a very friendly guy who speaks excellent English. He gave us lots of helpful tips on what to do on Madiera. We had a great time and would go back to the same apartment.
