Perfect place to stay for families

We have a large family and had plenty of room for all. Location not too far from metro. Walking distance from the beach/Mediterranean. Had a wonderful time!

Great stay, very nice house

We were a group of 10, we enjoyed the stay a lot. Lots of space, well equipped, comfy beds, nice outside area, supermarket and cafes nearby. Very residential, but the walk to the beach is 15 minutes. You can get the tram into the city centre there too. Nice is a beautiful city, we hope to return.

Clean, spacious house.

Amazing accommodation for big families, close to the beach and not too far from the centre. Check-in was smooth, prompt communication at all times. The house is spacious, clean and provides all the necessities for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Will definitely be back!

Bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Des améliorations à apporter, il manque un peu de vaisselle quand vous êtes 10 avec deux petits et pas de pression dans les salles de bain, ce qui ne permet pas d’utiliser les 2 salles de bain en même temps. La maison est entre 20 et 30 minutes à pied de la plage avec des petits.

Schönes Haus nah der Promenade und Strand

Alles in allem ein ordentliches Ferienhaus, die Lage ist sehr gut, 15 Minuten zu Fuß an die Promenade und den Strand. In 13 Tagen haben wir nur einmal keinen Parkplatz bekommen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikaton mit der Besitzerin und Rudy funktioniert dank Übersetzer einwandfrei. Beide sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit 7 Personen zwischen 36 und 83 Jahren dort. Ein guter Standort um die Côte d’Azur zu erkunden. Vielen Dank Rudy und Elisabeth

Des choses à revoir !!

Pas de procédure d'accès communiquée, de nombreux appels sans réponse, et plusieurs heures d'attente avant de pouvoir intégrer les lieux. Des problèmes avec le voisinage quant aux places de parking; il serait bien que chaque maison dispose d'un nombre de places afin d'éviter ces problèmes. Salles de bain à refaire; nous avons dû acheter un tuyau de douche pour pouvoir en utiliser une. La procédure de sortie n'a jamais été communiquée.

Un bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon moment, le lieu est idéal pour 10 personnes avec les 5 chambres et peut monter jusqu’à 14. Le quartier n’est pas le plus joli de Nice, mais il en est proche à pieds ou en transports. Bonne communication et précision pour trouver le logement.

Parkplätze unbedingt genügen Reservieren für Mieter wir haben sehr schlechte Erfahrungen erleben.

Bonjour, il n'y as pas de places de parking réservés exclusivement pour les locataires mais un parking ou les maisons de la rue on l'usufruit. C'est sur qu'en venant a 3 voitures il n'y a pas de places a chaque fois pour tous. Le parking reste un plus ce qui ne devrais pas faire la note global du séjour ou vous étiez 14 a loger dans la même maison en plein cœur de Nice a moindre coup. rajoutez 2 ou 3000€ pour la semaine et vous auriez eu parking, piscine mais probablement sur les hauteurs de Nice et pas en plein centre. Remettons les choses a leur place merci votre note est injuste et pas justifié.
