Really nice flat, well furnished in a perfect position in front of the beach and close to the central area with restaurants and shops. Only 5 minutes walk. Clean apartment. The lady who helped us with the check in was extremely polite

Apartment on 6 floor with amazing views of the sea from a beautiful balcony. Bed very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything works. Only a short walk to Forville market and plenty of restaurants around. The beach is just across the road.
We booked a three-week stay here primarily on account of the view shown in the listing from the balcony. It certainly did not disappoint. Stunning vistas and the constant sound of the waves on the Plages du MIDI rolling in were a constant delight - as were the mourning doves that would occasionally perch on the railing. It truly was magical!
We were a bit surprised that the apartment is smaller than anticipated but this was my fault for not converting meters into feet! The unit is well-appointed with practically everything you would need. We regularly took advantage of the kitchen and it was a treat to be able to do laundry!
This rental is absolutely perfect for a two guests. If you have more than that please note there is only one “true” bedroom as the other two beds are Murphy Beds located in the living salle and in the kitchen. There are sliding doors for privacy, and we had no issue with this - but some might not be comfortable with this particular set-up.
Still….everything was perfect in our opinion. We loved “our home” in Cannes.
The parking space is located across from Parc de Mistral. We found it a bit scary since our rental was bigger than we’d anticipated. If you’re renting a car stick with a compact - or try to take advantage of the FREE open-air parking lot at the nearby Grand Parking de la Plage.
We’d not hesitate to recommend this rental and have so many wonderful memories from our stay here!
Nous avons passé les vacances en mois de mai. Appartement très sympa et propre avec un vue magnifique. Tous les commerces à pied et les départs sur les île a 5min .

Apparemment idéal pour 2 couples, il y a une vrai chambre, une deuxième c est dans le salon et troisième lit dans la cuisine .Peu de rangement pour les vêtements mais bon on s' adapte vite.
Nous avons que des bons souvenirs, je recommande.

Les 2 placards de la chambre, des tiroirs coffre sous le lit, deux grands coffre sous le canapé du salon.

Vue imprenable pour un appartement sur-optimisé
La situation de l’appartement est parfaite (centre ville commerces et plage) la vue et les équipements sont également super. A quelques pas de la plage tout en étant au calme. En revanche il n’y a aucune vraie chambre : un lit dans le salon, un lit dans la cuisine !!! Et un dans une pièce sans fenêtre. Toutefois nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

Etonnée par cette première appréciation 3 étoiles sur ce magnifique appartement.
Noté 5/5 sur tous les sites de location.
Il est bien noté dans le descriptif : un lit escamotable dans la pièce à vivre et un lit escamotable dans le salon.
Ceci-dit, il y a juste à tirer la poignée pour abaisser les lits et tout est prêt.
La chambre fenêtre fixe sur le salon et climatisée.
Aucune communication entre les pièces pour la nuit, toutes sont fermées par une porte et climatisées.
Merci pour votre appréciation 3 étoiles et ravie que vous ayez passé un très agréable séjour.

Logement refait à neuf, rien ne manque vue exceptionnelle.
Un appartement très propre, pratique, moderne, bien situé, la mer à coté, le parc mistral pour vous reposer dans la verdure. Nous avons passé un séjour excellent, près à retourner. Rien ne manque. Linge fourni, ainsi que les éléments de base ( sel, poivre etc ). Seul inconvénient, une grille de protection trop compact et trop haute pour pouvoir voir la mer assis sur la terrasse.
