Great home base in Palermo

Quiet apartment on pedestrianized street close to multiple supermarkets and restaurants. 25 min. walk to train/bus station, 5 min. from airport bus stop. Everything worked! Lots of hot water, good wifi, lots of options on cable TV. Sabrina checked in on us by email and sent a very helpful list of recommended restaurants. Highly recommended.

Super Clean, Great Location, Great Host

We travelled as a early 50’s couple from Toronto, Canada, This was our 3rd trip to Italy but our 1st to Sicily (Palermo). Perfect location, apartment is SUPER clean and modern. The balcony is just the best place to sit at night. Chairs out there a bit uncomfortable but that is a very minor issue, Sabrina was always available for any questions we had. We DEFIANTLY recommend this place.

Spacious & excellent location

Fantastic location, situated on 4th floor with balcony that overlooks restaurants & shops lots of opportunities for people watching but needs chairs & table for the balcony. Well appointed but as we are a group of ladies a full length mirror would have been a lovely bonus. Lots of extras e.g washing machine, hairdryer, comfortable beds & plenty of clothes storage & hangers & kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms comfortable, good water pressure in showers. Working lift so being 4th floor not an issue & selection of supermarkets & restaurants on your doorstep as well as taxis only a few mins walk away. Would happily recommend this apartment & helpful friendly hosts. Would definitely return.

Fantastic place to stay!

Palermo was a dream ...and if you want to visit and need a fantastic place to stay, this is it! Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a grand city ....the owner Sabrina and family are the most awesome people you will meet, helpful and accommodating and the apartment is exquisite! Modern and comfortable and best yet, super clean. Everything and more is supplied including 4 Sicilian cannoli in the fridge!!! That was a nice touch. Below the awesome balcony is an awesome view of an exquisite little pedestrian road filled with cafes and shops, an espresso is always just a few steps away (desserts too). The location has everything at your feet plent of awesome shopping, restaurants, bars.cafes are endless and markets and theatres ...this is all in walking distance, make sure you bring a camera and be prepared to be wowed.This rental is a really awesome place to stay ..one I am sure to revisit.

La casa è nuovissima ed è ancora più bella di come appare nei sito. La pulizia è impeccabile e i comfort superano di gran lunga quelli necessari in una casa vacanze! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento per una settimana. Spazioso, confortevole, silenzioso, nuovissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort descritti. Bellissime camere molto ampie, con letti comodi e ben arredate. Situato al centro città, in una posizione ideale sia per visitare Palermo, che per dedicarsi allo shopping e alla movida. I proprietari si sono mostrati fin da subito molto cordiali e disponibili ad ogni nostra esigenza, consiglio di prenotare la colazione...ne vale davvero la pena!

uno splendido appartamento immerso proprio nel centro di Palermo! Voto 5, oltre che per la posizione, anche per l'attenzione e la cura dei dettagli. E' dotato di tutti i confort, l'arredo è davvero delizioso e quando sono entratat ho avuto la sensazione che ogni cosa lì dentro sia stata fatta per coccolarmi durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, al mio arrivo, sono stata accolta dalla simpatica proprietaria e ho trovato in cucina un cesto di benvenuto con un ottimo vino e dei gustosi prodotti tipici!! Insomma, cosa chiedere di più ... :-)

Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Esperienza a Palermo indimenticabile e Homeincity ha contribuito a renderla tale. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort: Internet, Sky, impianto d'allarme, lavastoviglie e tutti gli elettrodomestici che abbiamo nelle nostre case. In più è nella strada più bella di Palermo, in pieno centro. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e a completa disposizione degli ospiti. Lo consiglio al 100%!
