Condo was very clean. Owners had beach gear for our use so we didn’t have to pack any Second floor location right next to the stairs was great for us.

The condo was clean and well taken care. The second floor location allowed for easy access to stairs to avoid waiting for the elevator. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and it was very organized. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Good location, property was clean and comfortable. It had all that we needed. Hosts had excellent communication. It was kind of a bummer that the property was redoing the parking lot the week that we were there, normally parking would be extremely convenient, almost right outside the condo.Would definitely recommend this property!!

I was praying hard that the parking deck would be finished before you checked in as this is the reason we bought this rental as all you had to do was park, walk up 18 steps & you were in the condo. We hope besides the parking deck repaving that you had a relaxing stay. This means so much to us for our renter friends to relax, smell the salt air & stick those toes into the white sand. We really enjoyed our stay and had zero complaints about our room. Was very clean, beds were comfortable, and we were happy to see they had lots of kitchen items as well to accommodate our stay. Will definitely be booking here again!

Wonderful Condo

I could go on and on about this condo, I've stayed at alot of condos and this has been my favorite thus far. It was beyond beautifully decorated and extremely clean.. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great stay on Orange Beach!

From the moment I booked this property with Pete and Joan they were great and accommodating from the start. The location of Phoenix VII is perfect for what we needed, all the staff members were friendly and overall clean facility. The condo itself is packed with everything you can need and more. I have already recommended Pete and Joan’s place to family and friends, I would stay here again and again!

Beautiful Vacation Condo

We absolutely loved staying in your beautiful condo!! It’s so clean and decorated so beautifully. We found everything we needed, plus we felt safe there. It’s conveniently located to great restaurants and the view from the balcony is lovely. We will definitely be returning!!

Great Condo
