Housing
Former Bordeaux house renovated (+ extension) in 2019, we have preserved the stone facade typical of Bordeaux houses and combined with the rear of modern materials of new construction. Located in a very quiet street in a chic district of Bordeaux, you will appreciate the proximity to the city center and the tranquility of this beautiful house with its large garden and swimming pool. .

Travelers access
As soon as you arrive, you will be won over by the prospect of the reception corridor which offers a clear view of the garden. On the ground floor, a fully equipped utility room overlooks a friendly kitchen with large work surface that can accommodate 8 people. Large bay windows provide access to a first terrace / patio, equipped with an electric blind.
The large open plan living / dining room has a dining table, a double fireplace, a TV area and a desk area with piano. The living room opens entirely onto a second terrace with dining area and lounge area, overlooking the heated swimming pool, entirely secured by a glass barrier. At the bottom of the land, a garden, ideal playground for children. Plancha and Barbecue available.
Also on the ground floor, a utility room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, sink.
You will also appreciate the first bedroom, quiet in this part of the house, equipped with a double bed, reversible air conditioning and its bathroom.

Upstairs, the left wing consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and shower room opening onto a third terrace, offering a view of the rooftops of Bordeaux and the cathedral of Caudéran. On this roof terrace, a solarium to relax and a ping-pong table to spend convivial moments.
The right wing has 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with single bed and pull-out bed (perfect for young children) and 1 bedroom equipped for babies (possibility of converting it into an "adult" room on request). These 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower, tubs and 2 vanities. The 3rd bedroom has a 180cm bed with its private bathroom.
In each bedroom, a closet will be available to store your belongings.

Children's toys will of course be available to yours.
All linens are provided, except beach towels.
A WIFI access with double entry is available in each room of the house as well as 3 TV and a HIFI Audio SONOS system present in the living rooms and easily connecting to your phone, IPOD or IPAD.
All shutters and blackout blinds are electric. The heating is done by the soil in the new part of the house and by a reversible air-conditioning on the old parts.
