This charming two-story home is located in the elite beachfront community of Carillon Beach and is mere steps from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you're playing in the water, sunning on the beach, or enjoying the surround sound of the large shaded gazebo, this home has something for you. Carillon Beach features three community pools, a children's playground, tennis and basketball courts, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, so you'll never run out of awesome activities and amenities.

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is only a mile and a half miles away, with lots of great things to do at places like Campbell Lake where you can kayak, paddleboard, or canoe over glassy waters. You'll also find lots of saltwater fish at Topsail Hill Preserve like pompano, Spanish mackerel, and redfish. Keep an eye out for a glimpse of a whitetail deer, or watch the shorebirds and dolphins playing along the waterline.

THINGS TO KNOW
Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
