New Roads rests in beautiful Carillon Beach, a gated community with many amenities, including three community pools. Nearby, the locals like Camp Helen State Park, Rosemary Beach, and Pier Park.

This is a great home for family and friends. The open living, dining, and kitchen area is easy on the eyes and a great place to call home while you experience the magic of 30A.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom, king, has access to a balcony, the second is a cute guest room with two twin beds. For a unique spot to unwind, amidst the Florida flora, check out the nature trail out back.

We’re excited to have you stay with us! Oversee is small and locally owned. Our teams of hard-working professionals are passionate about providing a clean home and a consistent experience for our guests. We’re open seven days a week with a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. Our office is within 10 miles of this home, so we’re right down the street, and happy to head your way!

Would not recommend

Property was extremely dated. Appliances had problems in kitchen. Multiple other issues with toilets not working and bathtubs not draining. Carpet in bedrooms was very old and stained. We would not stay at this property again.
