This Split -Level home is a beautiful Ocean View luxury vacation rental close to Moonstone Beach that features 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 2.5 bathrooms, it offers broad ocean views and a great venue for vacationing families. Upon entering the Grand Entry, three steps up leads you to a loft with a Full Sized bed, and up just a few more stairs is the open concept Kitchen, Living, Dining Room and the Master Bedroom with King Sized bed, complete with fireplace and Master Bath featuring a large soaking tub is located on this level as well. The lower level has two guest bedrooms, both with Queen Sized beds, a laundry room and game space with a Foosball table, Xbox and controllers, and a Wii and controllers.
Enjoy sunset walks, search for sea glass on the beach, and watch for frolicking Sea Otters, and Gray, Blue or Humpback Whales on their seasonal migration routes that take them right through the Central Coast. Round out the day with the kids at a game of foosball, or a relaxing glass of wine by the fireplace. Heaven on Happy Hill truly lives up to it's name - come experience it for yourself.
