The apartment was a good size, well equipped, and a great location for downtown Charleston. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. The drawback was it was up two flights of stairs but the staff took care of that difficulty.We would stay there again.

From our initial booking through check out on our last day, the hosts were very timely with responses and check-ins. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The location is perfect for exploring the historical section of Charleston on foot. A variety of places to eat and shop are all nearby. Walking tours, horse and carriage tours, harbor tours, museums are delightful ways to explore all that Charleston has been and is today.

The property was just as advertised. The room we were given was not the exact room that was in the booking (biggest difference was the full kitchen booked, but received a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven). However it ended up working out well. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere, only driving to Mt. Pleasant and Isle of Palms. Plenty of shops, restaurants, tours to choose from. Our favorite? The Old South Carriage ride, U.S.S. Yorktown ghost tour. Favorite restaurant was Magnolias (right next to Lodge Valley Inn. The room was nice and clean. My only suggestions for the room itself would be to add another trash can in the living room area, and the rug needs a good deep clean. The biggest negative is the parking. We parked across the street in a parking garage, which was 24 per 12 hours, which is pricey. Great place to stay for walking and location to everything! We will definitely be back!!!

This is a beautiful property and you couldn't ask for a better location in downtown Charleston. 2 Blocks from the Market, 2 blocks from a parking deck as well as close proximity to any of the restaurants and attractions you would like to visit. The location is a little noisy due to the building of "something" next door but where in Charleston isn't? The kitchen has the bare essentials. The mattress is very comfortable. Linens and towels are plentiful. (Be aware the bedroom is upstairs in an open loft!) The shower could use a good cleaning due to some mildew on the tiles that is present but nothing that can't be overlooked. The main thing is that this beautiful VRBO listing is in a Hilton Resort property and the "concierge" in the lobby is VERY persistent in trying to get you to come to a promotional presentation. It was quite irritating after our 5 day stay. The host was extremely responsive and easy to work with in all matters.
